Best Gas Line Leak in Phoenix AZ

We have recently bought our first home and experienced out first minor leak. We stumbled upon Anthonys by pure accident and They were able to have someone come out the next day. We got to meet Brandon, he is very knowledgeable and EXTREMELY patient with all of our questions, fears and hesitations. He explained how our insurance works because we had not really looked into things yet, broke down what they probably would and would not cover for the pipes, came up with a plan, and even gave us some tips on general home maintenance. He called Drystar for us to set up the dry out and we're on our way to fixing the problem. We have had a great experience with Anthonys Plubming. We will definitely be using them for this project and to keep this old house of ours running smoothly! Oh, and the best part is, I was expecting to hear a price we couldn't possibly afford, but the quote didn't make me pass out. 5 stars for that alone! :)

What a dream team, we called desperate for assistance and received same day service. They arrived right on time in the dark and got to heavy work with the latest skills and tools to fix a stubborn drain clog. We are grateful to have found them and will be calling them back for Septic service as they will be offering that soon. We now have a happy drain and a functional toilet again. Amazing experience with this company. They were professional and respectful of our property and ourselves. They explained the process and the cost before doing any work. They were thorough and completed their job, very efficiently, and on time with what the job in tailed. Contractor was perfect! Really appreciate him showing up so late in the day, 7pm. I'd imagine his shift was supposed to be long over by that time. Very friendly and very particular on his quality of work. Really good work ethic and doesn't need more cardio for all the running he did. Showed a great deal of patience while we were trying to figure out how to turn off the water for a condo. Would strongly recommend for future upgrades or repairs. Thanks Trenton!.

We scheduled our small steel grease trap to be replaced by Rooter Ranger after using them to repair a sewer line break a few months ago. Fortunately when our scheduled 8am guy called out they sent us Roger around 1030am to get started. Roger did an excellent job jackhammering our concrete floor and digging out our rusted old trap. He was friendly, efficient and polite the entire process, including coming back the next day to pour new concrete. Would highly recommend Rooter Ranger especially Roger.

They are amazing!!! My time for them to be here was pushed back but they were very apologetic and super nice about everything. When andrew showed up he was extremely friendly and funny. He gave me my quote and said he could repair that min!! His work was fantastic and I would absolutely recommend them!!! I would give 10 stars if I could... oh the the quote was reasonable!!!

They come very quickly, both times I needed them they were there same day. They are kind and helpful. Richard really wanted to be sure I understood what was going on and what he was doing. We had some confusion as to where the main water shut off was but he went above and beyond to find it. We also were indecisive as to whether we wanted them to do the job or if my husband should just do it and he was patient and understanding of our choices. We did choose to have him do part of the job and he helped show us what to do so we can finish it ourselves. He also attempted to fix something else as a courtesy (didn't work out but he told us how to replace the part for free). The only negative thing to say is that one plumber came out to check for leaks and missed this issue so they had to send a new one a week later. But they sent him out same day and they didn't charge me another service fee so they definitely made up for it.

Over the years I have always used Mr. Rooter for service. I have always had great service, polite technicians that were on time and fair prices. We just had a major backup from our sewer line (yes gross!!) and discovered a couple collapsed areas. Louie, Preston and Trenten were awesome making this experience so much easier than it could of been. Preston and Trenten made a temporary fix so we didn’t have to stay at a hotel as well as worked late to get the job completed quicker. The best part of this team was they saved us from having to tear up the courtyard and driveway by replacing our whole sewer line underneath it all. Amazing. Affordable and Polite. Great job guys.
