Our AC went on the fritz.Luckily , David was able to arrive EARLIER than scheduled (YEAH !!), which was good ,
especially since he had to get an approval for a part-then pick it up. It's already 97° in the house . EXTREMELY Hot ?.. David-
He was very pleasant, diligent courteous, respectful ,and got the job done.The company is lucky to have him. WHEW !!

I'm very pleased with the service I received from Amigo. The call was place thru Choice Warranty and Santos was at my home the very next morning to diagnose my garbage disposal. As I thought, it was broken and needed to be replaced, which Santos took care of at the appointment time.
Santos was great and my new disposal is performing well. Amigo and Santos are very knowledgeable and professional ... I wouldn't hesitate to refer them!!

In June 2022, I had Goettl install a 4 ton A/C unit on my home roof. All my dealings with them up to and including the install, were pleasant and professional. I let my 180 day window for an inspection run down to the wire and the City of Phoenix did their inspection last week. The inspector noted a couple of minor adjustments needed, confirmation of amperage used and a correction that involved the electric panel. After calling Goettl, I was connected with Tim who was part of the original crew that did my install, he attentively took the information and asked me the best time to send a couple guys out to make the necessary changes/adjustments needed. Manuel & JJ arrived as promised today 12/07/22. They were both professional, respectful and made sure I understood what they had done, shared with me the pictures of changes made and even though minor fixes, these guys were very thorough with the explanation. They even gave me a a care package of sorts, filled with thank you gifts for being their customer! From the person who answers the phone, to the sales person to the installation crew to Manuel & JJ today, the customer service skills of Goettl's employees are stellar. Our AC professional , Anthony, was amazing. He came out and diagnosis our system within minutes of being here. Once given a discription of our problem he had a short list of possible problems and was able to find out issue within minutes. I would not only recommend this company if you get, Anthony, your getting a true professional. I will ask for him anytime I need Service. Pricing was great! I would recommend these guys to any of my friends and family in the valley. I appreciate a great company and even more a great Service pro who came out during the dead heat of summer! Tony and Ashley installed our A/C today and we have never been so impressed with a service company technicians as we were with these two! They were professional, courteous and took great care in protecting our house as they installed our A/C. The area was left immaculate, Working from home they were concerned that they were making to much noise and asked me numerous times if they were quiet enough!.
To get to my AC I had to move approx. 8 large retaining blocks, after the work was done I went out to only discover that they had replaced the blocks perfectly!!.And these are the largest retaining blocks you can get!

There customer service skills are amazing!..5-Star A/C has new customers for life! Thx Tony and Ashley for the great experience you guys provided to us.
