We've always liked day n night. Always good service, good staff, responsible and a willingness to go above n beyond to meet our needs.Today however whomever it was that came out was not the friendliest nor was he caring about any needs/questions we had. Worked w/Gr8 gal yesterday on our scheduling at 9-10. Today I was awakened at 7:30 am by a tech saying he was on his way out to our home. I called and gal said the window was 8-1 pm. I let her know the gal n I worked out something that was 9-10. She checked w/scheduling who was nice and apoligetic and said she would have tech come out closer to 9 am. The tech never came into house to ck thermostat, filters, etc. When we asked a question bout something previous tech told us about he talked right over my husband saying it was a plumbing issue before knowing what he was asking. Then he backed off and listened better but still no real help. I'll be calling in to ask this tech doesn't come any more to do our service. This tech didn't seem like he wanted to do any more than absolutely necessary.

He didn’t try to upsell me, however, I ended up installing a new unit, new ductwork and a return at a very reasonable cost. I can’t believe the difference! Matt did a good job...as far as I know. Friendly, courteous, worked in timely manner. Appreciate he noticed rattle in one of the vents and easily corrected it. Also put up my next filter as I've been unable due to a back injury injury.Dispatch could do better letting customer know ETA. It was 80 min from notification call to arrival as tech started out on the other side of the valley during rush hour. Same problem with other service companies though.

Eric was a few minutes early, quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, and thoroughly checked the AC units to make sure nothing was missed. He sent a detailed explanation (including photos) of everything he did while he was here and was very friendly and patient. I will definitely use ProSkill again. Thank you, Eric!

Not really happy with the service I got. Called them out because I had a loud vibration coming from my furnace that gets progressivley louder as the heater runs. Technician showed up rather timely but couldn't locate the issue so he placed some rubber dampeners along the unit to soak up the vibration. $95 dollars later the heater kicks on later that night and the vibration is back and louder this time. Call them out next morning and it's decided to replace the blower wheel but the parts store is closed so the tech must come back another day but I was also informed when the tech showed up and not over the phone that there would have been an overtime service charge if he had done any work that morning. Tech leaves and on a whim I go up to look at the furnace myself while it's running and see that the noise is actually from a loose metal strap vibrating against the rafter. Fixed it myself and annoyed that I wasted the money for a pointless service call but glad I didn't waste more money on a unnecessary part.
