I can honestly say that their telephone customer service was excellent, scheduled my repair, called to confirm plumber was in route several times, they were very pleasant and helpful. Plumber Mark Johnstone showed up ON TIME, clean cut professional appearance, friendly and confident manner. Mark was extremely knowledgeable regarding drain stoppage situation and cleared it in a matter of minutes! **** There was absolutely NO sales pressure regarding my service/fix..did not try to up sell my service or scam additional repairs!!!!** I will certainly use this company again and also refer them. I phoned Belsito after reading a review on Nextdoor. We needed someone who could not only clear our drains, but fix a 10ft. belly in our pipe. From the very start (even the phone call) to the clean up, the customer service we received was outstanding!!! Jared took his time explaining our situation and what needed to be done to get the job fixed! Thankfully he was able to fix our mess through the basement ceiling,saving us the nightmare of digging up our tile and the cost to do so. He did have to cut a good chunk to get to the pipes,but was very careful NOT to disrupt the speakers. He was very careful to drape everything prior to, and saw that it was all cleaned up when he was done. His manager, I believe, came to check on his work, and left shortly thereafter. We were in excellent hands! Thank you Belsito Plumbing for having such quality hard working men and women. Jared thank you! 5 stars is not enough!!

I am out of state landlord who was told continuously that the problem was being fixed however every two days the sewage backed up again. My tenants and neighbors confirmed that the worker went across the street to another neighbor to look at a problem on my GPS tracked and billed time while doing little for my problem. I lost a months rent, had crying tenants, was promised a copy of the camera viewed tape of the problem which was never received. When I pushed for this - they then said suddenly we couldn't do it as we didn't have the right camera (!???!) and then expected to get paid for doing NOTHING! I don't care how owner Dave wants to spin this - every word is true. Own up to your inept workers and bogus information that you supplied.I was being taken advantage of as owner Dave knew I was out of state. The very 1st appt the worker did not show up and then claimed my tenant wasn't home, who emphatically denied this, then when they did show up- I rcvd vague information and they obviously did not know or care to know what the problem was as after each visit within 2 days it backed up again. After weeks of this, I called another plumber who was there and had the issue fixed in 3 DAYS! This biz is run by a guy who takes advantage and had the nerve to send a bill that I never signed a contract for to collections. CONSUMER BEWARE. My tenants and neighbors said these guys were an absolute joke and after dealing with another plumber WHO WAS PROMPTLY PAID IN FULL - I tell you to run!

Bobby was proficient & very knowledgeable when it came to clearing a clog from the bathtub. There is no getting around the fact that he is a hard worker! He was very dedicated to fixing the problem & was professional and friendly throughout the entire situation. I would not only highly recommend Ranger Bobby, but Rooter Ranger entirely! Definitely will be telling others about this experience.

I utilized Bumble Bee to fix my kitchen faucet. Javier was the specialist who provided my service and he was amazing! First off, he was very professional from the moment he stepped into my home. He was knowledgeable about the products needed to fix my faucet, very understanding of me wanting to keep my Delta faucet (and not purchase a new one). He went above and beyond to contact Delta, ordered the parts needed and will be returning to continue the job once my parts arrive! All smiles the entire visit! I extremely impressed! Another great experience with Mr. Rooter Plumbing.  Tyler came out for our annual hot water heater flush and general maintenance check, everything went well, except our water pressure was showing a very low reading.  Not only did Tyler and Joe, touch base on how to resolve this with the City of Scottsdale, they came back and re-read the meter, as well as rechecked some additional factors that might have been causing the low pressure.  Tyler even offered to come back again to meet the City of Scottsdale rep.They found the source of the problem and blew out the pipe, clearing it out and our pressure was back to normal!  Both Tyler and Joe really went above and beyond as usual to make sure our experience was nothing but 100%!!!  No other business is comparable! Def recommend!!
