I picked Hays to inspect an AC unit due to their good online reviews and BBB rating. Their office called me to let me know the tech was running late and then again when he was on his way which was nice. My technician was friendly and knowledgeable! Overall a very positive experience.

I have worked with Danny for nearly 20 years. Danny is the definition of an Old School Plumber. He is thorough and pays attention to the details. Indoors or outdoors he knows his stuff. Rhonda (his wife) manages his office just as well. They are a Perfect example of a successful small business!

Great service. Came out the same day, replaced my spigot super fast. Also had a reasonable rate of service. I will definitely call again if I have a plumbing issue. Highly recommend!

We've used Day and Night since we moved to AZ in 2015. Their techs are always professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly.Tim was our most recent service tech. You can see he is smiling, right through his mask. His eyes just sparkle. Tim did a phenomenal job troubleshooting a concern with our split system heat pump. He answered all of my questions with detailed answers. He was extremely helpful, very detailed, cleaned up after he completed his work. Tim ROCKS! Use Day and Night for your HVAC needs. You won't be disappointed.

Temperature Pro Phoenix removed my old furnace and a/c units and replaced with new top quality units. The company was a real pleasure to deal with. They were honest, professional, neat, clean and did a excellent job installing the new unit. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for your HVAC work.
The gentleman who I first dealt with, Sam Barrow to the professional installers, Mario and Jessie are all of the highest quality which in today's world hard to find.

I called in the morning, had someone out within 6 hours. They were running a bit behind, only 45 minutes outside of the previously given window. The technician was kind & efficient, didn’t have the right plate so he went to go pick one up. The whole service took maybe 40 minutes at most.I just can’t believe I spent over $400 for one light switch to be replaced. Other than the cost, the service & efficiency was great!

This company is garbage. They change your appointments without calling you, so you spend your day at home for nothing. I am supposed to be a “VIP” customer and pay for a service, but they don’t call you to tell you they have rescheduled you…which is now the 4th time they have done it. I highly suggest not using this company.

Tony and Ashley installed our A/C today and we have never been so impressed with a service company technicians as we were with these two! They were professional, courteous and took great care in protecting our house as they installed our A/C. The area was left immaculate, Working from home they were concerned that they were making to much noise and asked me numerous times if they were quiet enough!.
To get to my AC I had to move approx. 8 large retaining blocks, after the work was done I went out to only discover that they had replaced the blocks perfectly!!.And these are the largest retaining blocks you can get!

There customer service skills are amazing!..5-Star A/C has new customers for life! Thx Tony and Ashley for the great experience you guys provided to us.

I was referred to Prestige by my home warranty company. I would say the majority of the times a contractor is sent to my house as a result of a service call, they really act like they are being forced to do something. Prestige treated me like any other customer and if the way they treated me is any indication of how they treat all their customers they should own all the HVAC business in the valley. Professional, prompt, friendly, personable, knowledgeable and honest would be just a few of the characteristics that I encountered when working with them. I will be using them for all my HVSC needs from now on (in or out of warranty work).
