I am in real estate and have used this. Company for many different homes with different issues. They came when they said they would and were very professional and always explained what the issue was. Very reasonably price... Come to find out they are a family owned business too. I have called them for my own personal home as well and have been very pleased with their work.

Bradley came out on a Sunday evening to help with an AC issue. My AC wasn’t connecting to my thermostat. I was so worried my smart thermostat just junked out on me,I was totally bummed that I would have to pay a service fee for a problem that was unrelated to the issue. Sure enough Bradley checked a few things and then doubled check a few things and realized what the problem was. He fixed my wire, signed me up for a three year service package, and was on his way! I was with one of those “corporate” AC companies that would not even give an option to come out and look at it until the next day! These guys were out in the matter of an hour to fix my problem. Highly recommend.

Michelle was punctual within minutes of when she indicated she would arrive. She diagnosed the problem from hearing the noise and knew several ways to address the issue. She went over options and fixed the problem quickly. She did a great job and I will definitely call George Brazil out for future service.

Fantastic, exceptional and professional service! I called around an hour ago and was greeted by a very kind and courteous customer service representative who told me a service technician would be calling within 15 min to setup a visit and the charge would be $69 whether there is anything wrong or not. The service technician Shane called me within 5 min and followed up with courteous informational calls to ensure that I knew I could utilize my home warranty to reimburse me.

Shane the service tech showed up within the hour to promptly check the usual things, the thermostat, the air filter and then he went up on the roof. He proceeded to drain the unit and clean the coils, performing the regular maintenance to the air conditioning unit. After a thorough inspection and fine tuning, he said that my air compressor shut off due to overheating. He proceeded to recheck his work and thereupon go check my split unit in the garage which has the air filter to see if there were any points that would cause it to overheat.

He replied that he has seen this before, but if it happens again to call them and he would surmise that it would be the compressor that's the culprit. I asked him what regular maintenance intervals does he recommend and he said they usually come out and check the unit in the Spring, just before the Summer, and in the Fall, just before the Winter. But for my Split System, he'd only recommend once a year due to the unit on the roof not operating at all during the Winter. Oh and it only cost me $89 for all that he did!! :D

The whole experience was a delight considering the uncomfortable prospects and I will definitely use them for regular maintenance, highly recommended them to friends, family and coworkers!

Justin was amazing. I’ll tell you why. I have contacted 3 friend referrals for repairs on my heater that they said was not repairable. Or they don’t make parts for it etc. I am a 68 yo teacher that has been without heat for 9 yrs because I could not afford new units. Justin came in and troubleshooted in less than 2 hrs. He found a loose wire re connected it and wahlah I have heat. I was beginning to think that there were no honest people left in the business world. Then Justin came into our lives and showed us with pictures what was needed thank you Justin you should be a senior leader in the company

When our washing machine stopped working a few days before vacation, we immediately contacted Appliance Repair Bros. I can't say enough good things about SMW! I've been using them for years and have always had a positive experience. I had a problem with my furnace last night after hours (about 3 am) and called their emergency number. I talked to Scott (he's the owner!) and he walked me through the whole process of what I needed to do until they could get someone out here. He was kind and knowledgeable and was able to put my mind at rest. That alone is enough to make me a lifetime customer. But it gets better! They had someone at my house at 8 am (how's that for fantastic service?!). My tech was Joe Rivera and he was totally amazing! He knew what he was doing, explained everything to me and patiently answered all my questions. He was professional and personable (he even gave milk bones to my dogs!) He went above and beyond what I expected and I will certainly request him whenever I need service. This is an amazing company and I would recommend them 100%! Anton was out right when he said he would be. He was quick and efficient. And explained what was going on and what he did to fix it.

I live on a rural, dirt road that has a 25 mph limit. One of their company vehicles flew by my house going literally 70. I see there is another review that complains about a company vehicle driving bad. I think I would second guess hiring them considering how unprofessional and dangerous the idiots they send out are.

Promptly answered my call and even though I didn't use them in the end , they were able to answer all my concerns over the phone.
