Our regular AC guys weren't going to be able to come out for a couple of days and we were completely without AC on a 107-degree day. Took a chance on Hays and we couldn't be happier. In less than an hour, Carl had our problem solved! Very friendly as well!

SG Mechanical is our go to service provider for our AC. Our system is about 16 years old and SG has come out to fix it without pushing for a big ticket install. They do an excellent job communicating what is going on the with the system. Kyle is awesome, very knowledgeable and professional. AZ Perfect Comfort took what could have been a long, uncomfortable situation for my family and made it a shining example of what good customer service can do.

Our A/C went out on a Sunday night. It was set to be 117 degrees that week. I left a message with AZ Perfect Comfort. Ray arrived early the next morning. Ray had our A/C bandaged and temporary cooling. Ray took the time to explain what happened and our options. After a very thorough discussion and subsequent high-quality estimate from Fred, we decided to replace our 10 year old system.

Dan and Ray arrived early to completely replace our system. They were done by noon. Fast, efficient and personable. I especially liked the color Dan used to describe our new system.

The front office kept me informed of the process and assured all details were in place for a smooth transition.

The temperature in our house is now more even that it ever has been. A much more comfortable home of my family. Thank you!

The Lincoln Air representative was very friendly and professional while quoting us for a HVAC replacement.

After I decided to replace my old AC system for a new energy efficient unit, I contacted four HVAC companies in the Phoenix area for estimates. I got four very different estimates, with varying degrees of extras. Sun Tech's estimate was 2nd highest, and the reason I selected them was the technician (Steven) who came out was very personable and knowledgeable about air conditioning. He answered all my questions (even the weird ones!) and when he left, I felt like I knew everything I needed to know regarding my options.

Once we sealed the deal, they scheduled the installation date within just a couple of days (very prompt!). On the morning of the install, they (Steven and his helper?) arrived on time and ready to get to work on it. The crane was there right on time and the new unit was carefully raised and placed on the roof. Everything - smooth as butter.

Now the reason I only gave 4 stars instead of 5... Steven, who I had been dealing with (from the initial estimate) left after the unit was on the roof, telling me that the helper guy (I'm sorry, I dont remember his name) would be finishing up the job from there. I was surprised - obviously I assumed he would be there until it was finished. I was not too happy about that, but figured he'd be back later to check on things. Nope, didn't come back.

After the helper was finished, he came down from the roof and came inside the house to hook up the thermostat. Apparently the thermostat he brought needed a C-wire, which he didnt have, so it couldn't be installed (he didn't have have any on his truck?). So he has to leave and run to Home Depot (or maybe somewhere else, I'm not sure) and buy a new thermostat that didnt require the C-wire. He came back with another thermostat, looked nice, had all the same bells and whistles as the first one, so he hooked that one up. Then, he spent the next 90 minutes trying to figure out how to program it. He called his office at the end and told them he couldn't do it and Steven would need to come out and do it.

Steven was apparently not given that message, because he never called me to ask about it. But it didn't matter it turns out, because I programmed it myself after the helper left.

So at this point - I assumed either Steven or Jason (the Field Supervisor) would come out to inspect the work done and make sure everything was completed and up to par. Still, nobody came. So, that was my only real disappointment - that I have to assume all the work was done right because nobody came out and inspected it before giving it the thumbs up. I hope it was...

Went out of the way to complete my repairs in a timely manner. Very professional and I highly recommend.

Preferred Air offered the best quality for the most reasonable price, and everyone from the dispatcher to the techs and the sales associate were polite, professional, and perfectly understanding of our family's needs. They worked quickly to install our new AC system so that we weren't left without cooling in the Phoenix heat, which is doubly important for us since we have an infant at home; they even took care to avoid making excessive noise, so as to not disturb the baby! A wonderful and professional company through and through, we will be relying on them for our heating/cooling needs for as long as we're in the valley!

Was assigned APEX through my home warranty on June 15th, 2021. Technician was on site withing two days and had to order parts. Today is August 4th, 2021 and A/C is NOT fixed. Called home warranty and APEX and they kept throwing the ball at each other. Finally called my home warranty to cancel my policy and they tried contacting APEX, APEX told them that I canceled the service (which is a lie, I have phone records) Been without A/C for almost two months in AZ at temps over 110 degrees.

He was an amazing technician fixed everything that needed to get fixed very things to the scheduling department Kim in the office to have him out here on time, and Rich was an amazing person helped out with every question that I asked, and was very courteous i’ll give him 15 stars out of 5 keep up the good work

Ty and his team REALLY took care of us. The work was done in a timely and professional manner. The job was a very big job, but they tried to make it affordable. They seem to try their best to conduct their business in an ethical way. I am glad to have had them work in my home and I highly recommend them!!!!

We got an AC checkup done, technician was 3 hours late for appointment with no call. A couple of repairs were needed, the boot was torn at the roof line. The guy left without giving us an estimate, said he would call back but never did. I ended up getting on the roof and sealing it myself. A business that fails to get back with their customers is written off in my book. Also, I would have gladly paid them for the repairs. Not good to leave money on the table like that.

I can confidently say that their service is the best I have received from any business in a long time. Their pricing was very competitive, and their customer service has been exceptional.
