My heating has not been keeping up with the setting for a couple days.
Michael arrived today, after calling to let me know he was on the way.
He was really courteous and put on shoe covers before coming in.
In just a few minutes on the roof he diagnosed the reason my heating hadn't been working and replaced the part and was on his way.
Service is part of the reason I buy a Goettl heat pump every 10-15 years.

Mike Fetters was my Service Professional today. I have the Maintenance plan and he checked my thermostat, turned on my heat, checked all my vents, and got up on my roof to check my heatpump. He smiled, he was easy to talk to and understand, he explained exactly what he was doing, and did an Overall Excellent job! This was a very good experience,and I feel comfortable knowing my heat & A/C is being taken care of properly!

Crispy Air responded to a service request I submitted to American Home Shield. Like a lot of other people that have left reviews, they lied to me about how much refrigerant my unit needed. They told me that my unit required 11lbs of refrigerant (and a new motor). This would cost me over $1000 after what AHS covered. They also told me that I could not just replace the motor...that I HAD to do all the work or nothing and that was an AHS rule. I called AHS and they told me that they would not mind replacing just the motor, it was in fact up to the contractor. Having no faith in this company, I had to battle with AHS to approve a second opinion. When the second company came out they confirmed that the motor was bad, but the refrigerant levels were fine. They also told me that Crispy Air is notorious among Phoenix A/C companies for doing this. He said it is their way of making money. This was also confirmed by a 3rd a/c company I had out. My family and I were without A/C for over a month all b/c Crispy Air's greed. The people that schedule/answer the phone are also not very friendly. Would not recommend AHS, but if you have them and they try to send out Crispy Air....you should be DEMANDING and different company. 1-Star b/c Zero is not an option.

Absolutely outstanding! Extremely knowledgeable and patient with explaining the situation. I was never left confused with what the issue was. They came to my home quickly to resolve the issue at 117 degrees outside. They made sure it was Covered under my home Warrenty & replaced the compaster. Saved the day. Very nice &

Lyle from Larson Air was awesome! Great service and expertise. I never leave reviews but he was so professional and good at his job I just had to! He was so clear, understanding, honest and thorough. He was always on time and finished up so quickly. He never left a mess. The A/C in our over 4,200 sq ft house is working so much better now! He sealed some leaks that he discovered when he came out the first time and he added freon. Also, the master bathroom Has never felt cool since we moved in. We are the original owners and have lived in this house for about 10 years. Even the builder had no solutions when we mentioned it during a walk through 10 years ago. Lyle had a great idea to add an A/C duct to the master bathroom with a direct shot from the a/c unit to the master bath. It was such a great solution and that room finally feels like it’s getting A/C! I think we will be seeing a huge savings on our electric bill too because we won’t have to crank down the air anymore to feel like it’s working. Great job Lyle! Highly recommend Larson! Ask for Lyle! You won’t be disappointed!!!

I just had Anton Salazar and Caleb to my house to fix my air. Awesome guys. Anton was training Caleb and he was explaining things in a way that even I could understand exactly what needed to be done and how to know if it was working. They were very fast and knowledgeable. Very friendly.

We had our annual a/c maintenance performed this week. We were very happy as always with the professionalism of our tech, Nicholas. He provided the normal photographic evidence of his inspection. Glad nothing was needed. Great company.
