Steve from Desert Diamond came out to give us an estimate on replacing our A/C unit. We have had several people come out to quote on this. Steve was the most detailed on his explanation and why we were having issues with temp differences within the home. He provided us with several options and explained the difference and value of each. We were impressed with his presentation. I would highly recommend that when it comes time to get quotes for a new A/C unit that you include these guys as one of the companies giving you a quote. His quote for a 14 seer and 17 seer 2 stage unit were more competitive than the competition. By the way these guys are approved vendor with rebates from APS. Not the $200 you usually hear about but the big rebates going on because of Covid. I am just going through the competitors so I can make a decision on who to use. Desert Diamond is in the final selection group. Steve came back to do final inspection. He corrected some things while he was inspecting. Once again very thorough in his inspection and explanations. Nice going Steve! So, the A/C unit was installed. I had Steve come back to review the installation. For the most part everything was pretty good. Steve did take care of the issues that remained. The one thing I would recommend to the company, is that the guys like Steve oversee the installation teams and review the final installation. There does seem to be a disconnect between the guys like Steve and the install team. Steve had impeccable notes on what needed to be done on the installation. He also had detailed info on what the install team needed to bring to the install. Unfortunately this did not happen. There were items missing and their were some things that were not done. When Steve came back to review everything he fixed most of the things that were still not complete. Thanks again Steve!

My husband and I hired Parker And Sons to install and purchase a new air conditioner. They were very professional and friendly. Our installers, Johnny and Tommy were very professional. They did an amazing job, it was an all day installation. They showed me pictures of everything they did in the attic.Great workmanship! They cleaned up and swept the area when they were done.I highly recommend Parker And Sons, from the beginning to the end of the job, they were the utmost professionals! Job well done!!

Goliath Mechanical was really good at keeping me informed during the A/C repair process. They arrived on time, and with their skills, they were able to bring my air conditioner back to life!!!

First of all, as of December 2022, George Brazil's BBB rating is A- instead of A+ that they claim and apparently had been before.We started having problems with heater during thanksgiving weekend 2022 and called George Brazil for diagnostic and repair. The appointment scheduling was smooth and the tech showed up on time the next day. He checked everything and quoted us almost $900 for the repair. He also tried to persuade us into buying their $250/yr membership and getting a new unit installed with them. We told him to go ahead and do the repairs and get us through the winter. We were planning the replacement but would like to consult more companies before making a final decision, and thus no annual membership was needed at the moment. He came back the next day and did the repair.Well it worked for about 15 minutes after he left, then stopped working again. We called the office a few days later and the lady politely scheduled another visit but declined our request for a different tech by saying okay bye-bye then hung up. The same tech came back and said a different part needed repair this time and would cost another $1200 to fix, and that we could always get a new unit with them and get the membership.Unfortunately at this point, I no longer trust the tech or George Brazil as a company. Whether it's a sales trick, incompetence, or lack of luck, the bottomline is 2 visits abd $900 later, heater is still not functional. Had he quoted us the $2100 repair cost during the first visit, our decision would've been very different.

Technicians were very knowledgeable about our water system. They were able to help with our issue and made the adjustments in a timely manner. Technicians also took the time to go over my system with me so I better understood the system. They were a great help would recommend them to others.

They were quick to get me scheduled. They even called and asked if they could come earlier than expected, which is what I had hoped for. They changed out my toilets and noticed an immediate problem with a leak outside my home. They were able to assist in getting that fixed without requiring a separate appointment. Will definitely be using them again in the near future for other plumbing needs.

Contacted Daniel for some routine maintenance. Quick to respond, quick to schedule. Contacted me when he was on the way. Told me everything looked great when in the past other companies have tried to tell me I needed thousands of dollars of work. Honest and professional, what more could you ask for?!?
