Amazing company, they were all very friendly from the phone staff to the plumbers. I worked with Daniel and Landon who were very quick and always communicated well. I would definitely be using their service in the future and would be recommending them.The only bad thing about the entire experience was the restoration company that worked along side them, Copper home builders, if you want your sanity maintained please avoid copper if you need service outside of Penguin plumber. Copper home builders is absolutely **USELESS** they will come out and take you bathroom apart very promptly and then completely ghost you. I recommend reading their real reviews by filtering from lowest to highest and you will be shocked to hear people having the exact same experience of being ghosted and left without a bathroom for months. I work in marketing and can spot fake reviews from a mile away and they have plenty of that. The time they take to make all the fake reviews, they could actually, you know.. do their job.I want to close again by saying Penguin is amazing and I would recommend them to anyone. I felt confident in the work that they do just from how kind and friendly the staff were and how knowledgeable they were.

Eddie did a really good job. Unclogged all four drains for us. Always a pleasure to work with Eddie. Always friendly and professional. He's our go to guy!

Scott Koches was the technician who diagnosed our upper unit. For consistency, Hobaica sent him back to fix the worn out parts (from what they described, it may prove challenging to replace). Scott & his assistant made it seem effortless! They fixed the AC unit & now it’s running so quietly like new! Scott also shared that he is furthering his knowledge about his trade by going to school to learn more. THAT is what impressed us the most! Good on you, Scott! Thank you for the excellent work on our AC.

I had two calls by owner asking me to change my review.They have been in the business 20 years.After hearing the owners side of the story,I am upping the stars although there were mixed stories. They had no idea how to put in old fuses in a historical home and suggested an electrician which makes sense.

Called at 9am, had a technician out by 10:30 ,finished in an hour and did the repair correctly. Couldn’t ask for anything more.!

Company was professional, courteous and prompt. I was sent a text with the technician's photo and name, as well as a phone call with a time of arrival. As always, prompt, polite, and professional. Everything was explained as service was done to better insure I understood all aspects of the service.Will be renewing my contract when it's time!

Taps and his team are very professional, on time and courteous. Tell you in simple english what the issues may be and fix it.

I called on a Friday afternoon with a broken A/C and they squeezed me in to the end of the day. The guys were completely honest and over-the-top professional and after dealing with another companies bizarre antics earlier in the day that was a particularly awesome experience. I will recommend everyone I know to these guys for HVAC service.

Gabriel from proskill is the type of employee you’d want for a business. Professional, thorough, and detailed. I’m a bit specific and value attention to detail and he was extremely patient and happy to accommodate. I had many questions for the job he was doing (I’m a professional detailer and had specifics for the plumbing he was doing off of water softener in the garage) and he answered ALL of them without hesitation. Eric was great. I tried the DIY fix to our Trane AC unit but that didn't work out. Called Eric, he got the part, and fixed it under 30 mins. Super fair, easy to work with, highly recommended.

Work was done to add insulation to attic, with concentration on void spots causing heating/cooling leakage, including a skylight which was not insulated in the attic. Also a heating duct was added to the laundry/extra bedroom to replace poorly performing heating/cooling to that room. Attic ducts and inside vents were also resealed. Installation was done in one day as scheduled. The cost was reasonable with an estimated less than 10 year payback.
The estimator and job manager were very friendly and personable and explained in detail the problems we had and the work to be done. Overall, we are very satisfied with the work and the results to date.

Austin was great - explained everything very well, and walked through things if I wanted to DIY regular maintenance.

I live on a rural, dirt road that has a 25 mph limit. One of their company vehicles flew by my house going literally 70. I see there is another review that complains about a company vehicle driving bad. I think I would second guess hiring them considering how unprofessional and dangerous the idiots they send out are.

Lauren Quiroz is the best. Great plumber and fun personality. She was very informative about the problem and solutions. The next time I call I'm requesting her. Thanks for the great work Lauren !!!
