Best Free Home Inspection in Phoenix AZ

If you ever find yourself in the middle of a water damage mess call Doan Restoration. I came home to the smell of a dank dark basement. A negligent neighbor that I share a wall with let her sink leak. It caused water damage in my entire kitchen. I called Doan because they were close and had good reviews. I was not disappointed. I had the pleasure of working with Charles mostly. He was very understanding to my situation. It wasn’t just another job for him, you could tell he truly cared. He did the initial inspection, handled the drying and demo of my kitchen. Throughout the entire experience he was very informative about the process. He definitely eased some of the anxieties that come along with dealing with water damage in your home. Great job Charles and Thank you Doan!

On Thursday, June 4th, 2020 we came home to a flooded home due to the toilet water supply hose breaking. I called Arizona Fire and Water to come and do the cleanup. Their reviews seemed rather good. Although we had to relocate to a hotel for the next five days, we felt confident that they would do a good job. We handed over a set of keys for them to use. They told us that they would be using a lock box on our house. On Saturday morning I returned home to pick something up and I had forgotten my keys at the hotel. I called my partner to tell him to call AZ Fire & Water to get the lock box code so that I could get in. To my surprise, they had not locked our home and I was able to enter without my keys. Anyone could have walked right into our home once they were gone. We informed them of their HUGE oversight as well. Upon entering I noticed items missing as well as damaged. They did inform us of damaging our bookcase which was unrepairable, but they did not inform us of other damage.
Once payment came due our insurance company requested verification for overcharged services and materials. AZ Fire & Water would not comply. This information was requested at least three times. Every time they did not respond. One of the fees was for HAZMAT PPE. We were at our home for a few hours before we left for our hotel on that Thursday and did not see one employee of AZ Fire & Water doffing HAZMAT PPE. I work in an industry in which I knows what this is. Jeans and shirts are NOT PPE.
Once they determined that our insurance company would not pay the $1500 overcharges, they came after us for payment. We told them that they had the chance to get paid. They threatened a lien on our home. I expressed that if they tried to do that, we have enough evidence to defend ourselves in court. I had to file a police report for my missing items as well, as they are valuable and very sentimental. They have not to this day replaced our damaged items or compensated us for the items that came up missing.
I would NOT recommend this company.

We had an issue with our washing machine hose being misplaced and had flooding throughout a good portion of our house. David came over within 24 hours, assessed the situation, provided knowledge, courtesy and help rectifying the situation with installing industrial fans. He also walked us through the process of how to detect moisture in the walls. Instructed us on the machines that he was using and how they worked. We appreciated the quick response and the professionalism. If we ever have an issue again we will definitely use Jenkins Restorations.

The fire damage restoration service provided by this company was exceptional. They arrived promptly and worked efficiently to restore our home. The team was professional and respectful throughout the process. I highly recommend their services.

Has nothing to do with their services but I've seen their company car went fast by a school bus as kids were getting into the bus. Do you know the definition of a stop sign coming out of the bus side? News of children dying because of impatient drivers as yourself? I do not care if your boss is on your behind 5m is better than 5 to life.

Had water heater flooding at our offices at night and we saw it in the morning, we called Concept and Jon’s team was a big help to getting everything going again for our work. Overall reliable and left everything clean.

We recently had the misfortune of having our water heater breaking and emptying all of its water into our guest room. Our walls and carpet were fully soaked. We called 991 Restoration and Rocky Dunn was at our home within an hour. The damage was extensive but Rocky and his crew worked for several hours removing the effected dry wall, molding and carpet. They immediately set up all the necessary fans and dehumidifiers to begin the drying process to insure we did not develop mold. The drying process took several days, and Rocky was there each day to check the moister levels. After the drying process was complete Rocky coordinated the reinstallation of the carpet and began the work of reinstalling the drywall and molding. His pricing was very reasonable, and his work was impeccable. Rocky was also very helpful in working with our insurance company minimizing the total time of disruption to our home. While this is not an event anyone wants to go through, we were very fortunate to work with Rocky and 911 Restoration. Highly recommend Rocky and his team for any of your needs.

Nick was great to work with and he provided quick and professional help when we had a leak in our condo ceiling. His quote was very reasonable and I would definitely use him again.

I had the unfortunate expierence of having my water heater break and water was everywhere. The nice people at EHS came to the rescue, for sure. They were with me every step of the way too! The guy came to my house and made me feel as if I was the only client that EHS had at time, which I know isn't true, but it was a good feeling. They even talked to my insurance company and did all the heavy lifting. Such an easy process and my house looks better than it did before the water damage. If I ever have any issues again they are the first people I would call.

I had a old sink I wanted to get replaced. Max was excellent , he was professional and courteous. He explained everything clearly and took his time to give the best output.
