The associates that installed our new air conditioner were professional, friendly, and courteous. Jay took the time to teach me how to program the thermostat and explained some of the key features of the new unit to me.Update 1 year later: Anthony serviced my AC this week and was great to work with. He spent time troubleshooting a stuck condensation drip line and offered multiple options for resolving the issue.

We decided to call this service after our main pipe was accidentally drilled into. Robert was willing to take on the job and came out right on time to provide a diagnosis and quote to fix. We decided to replace our 20 year old units instead of continuing to repair them every couple of years. Mike was friendly and knowledgeable. He is very detail oriented and thoroughly explained all of our options.

We are very satisfied with the whole experience. Mike our representative was very thorough and answered all our questions. The installers were on time and got to work right away. They were professional and polite. They left everything as they found it nice and clean. After a week of enjoying our air conditioning an inspector came to see if we needed any adjustments to the air flow in each room. He checked all the work that was done, showed us how to work the thermostat and also made sure the heater will be ready when needed. They are friendly when you call into their office for anything. There will be two maintenance check within the year. The financing is reasonable. I highly recommend Day & Night Air Conditioning and Heating.

He made sure to show us everything that he found and discussed everything before doing anything. It’s our first time owning a home and having an issue. They seriously made the process so much easier. Walker Plumbing arrived on time and their technician Cale was a true professional. He came out to give me a quote for locating a sewer line under my slab in my storage room. (I wanted to move my washer into the room). He knew right away, I most likely did not have a sewer line in the area I wanted. He could have given me a price, used his scope camera, and taken my money to only say I did not have the line. After talking he gave me honest advice on how to tackle the job on my own. Very honest and I will definitely use them if I need further plumbing services.

Austin was great! He was willing to answer all of my questions regarding our A/C and condenser unit. He was on time, professional, and courteous. I had a water related emergency and Second Opinion was able to send out a tech the same day I called! I would highly recommend them for any A/C or plumbing needs! FAIR PRICING TOO! I never felt like they were trying to charge extra or get more money than estimated.

They have come to fix my a/c leak at the Biltmore@camelback 3 times and it’s leaking worse then ever! They keep saying they are waiting on a drip pan well soon they will be fixing an entire bathroom and possibly a ceiling!! Rusty water everywhere and I have my own 4 big pots in there trying to keep up collecting it m, changing it every hour. This has gone on over a month now fun stuff! (Sarcasm intended)

We found it at the Chandler Costco on a sunday afternoon. If you are wondering who are the people that take up multiple parking spots wonder no more. If this is how they treat strangers I can't even imagine how they would treat their consumers. Selfishness at its finest for sure. Even if it was for a job then do they really need to park like that? I don't think so.

Valleywide plumbing is very knowledgeable and professional in the work they do. I had a problem with a leaking toilet and they came out right away and fixed the problem for a reasonable cost. I would use them again.

Called 911 plumbing after seeing their truck in the neighborhood. Called our usual plumbing company and nothing open until next week. Our washer plugged up and lots of water on the floor so needed it fixed now. Brandon came out by noon and fixed the problem. So grateful and he was exceptionally nice and professional.
