good things about this company especially Alex and John! I had massive flooding from my guest bathroom and Hero Home Services were at my house in 30 minutes. Not only did they repair the toilet but they got another company out to my house within 30 minutes to start cleaning up all the water. I was so panicked with seeing all the water that I don't know what I would have done without Alex and John there to walk me through with their expertise. I will not use anyone else but them going forward and highly recommend !! After a few days away, we returned home to find water leaking on the bathroom floor. Brent S came out to the house on the day we called. Brent was able to detect and repair the problem quickly with no mess. . He was extremely professional, efficient and friendly. A terrific asset to Reddi Services. I hired Clint to convert the plumbing of a single sink into a double sink vanity set up. This was an involved project consisting of two separate visits. Clint arrived on time and completed the pipe conversion and then returned after our drywall was completed to install the vanity, p-traps, and faucets. Clint does good work, is honest, professional and now my go-to plumber for all future projects. We are so glad that we hired Complete Plumbing & Drain Services for our project. Thank you, Clint!

After callimg 2 companiea that could not help with an emergency, I called Septic Technologies. The lady on the phone asked a lot of questions to ensure we got the best service, then had someone out within the hour. Gilbert was our tech and he was amazing. Matt knows his stuff. I have used this company many times and will only use them. Honest, affordable and knowledgeable. He has replumbed my master bath shower, ran new copper in my back yard for multiple hose bibs, serviced my water heater and I could go on. If your looking for a reliable, affordable plumber who actually knows what he's doing this is the guy to call. Speaking of which my hose bib out front is leaking cause he hasn't worked on that one yet. Guess I gotta go make a call. Try them ! Javier came out the same day, fixed my clog, did his inspection and fixed another leak I was having in the shower. It was time to have our septic tank pumped out. A American came out the next day, and actually arrived 2 hours early than scheduled.

They also replaced one of the tank inspection plugs which had cracked in two, at no extra charge.

On top of that, they were significantly lower in price then three other companies that I had called.

Jon and Robbie installed a new leach field for us. They did an absolutely fantastic job. It was completed on time, they were very careful on the installation to minimize any impacts to the landscape, they installed a new leach field system while finding the right spot for it, filled the area, and contoured the area to provide proper drainage during the rainy season. Sold my house in Phoenix Arizona. Needed an inspection on the septic tank. Called Septic Medic. From the very start I had a great experience. I was given a time that worked with MY schedule. I was told UPFRONT how much the cost would be with NO HIDDEN FEES. When they arrived at the house the were very respectful. They explained to me what they were going to be doing and the things they were going to be looking for. I have never had to do this before I asked many questions as I had no idea what all it involved. They told me it would take 2 to 3 hours. It took almost 3. My tank got a clean bill of health and the house is sold! Septic Medic is now my one and only plumber! Great group and friendly! Thanks guys!

All bad things happen on Friday night, especially if it involves plumbing. Previously, I called a different company to provide service for my plumbing concerns. That company did not work out, but I was able to contact Option 1 plumbing on Sunday and they sent Andrew to help me on Monday morning. After I explained that I had previously paid for a video of my pipes. We couldn't really determine what was going on in the first video. Andrew offered to have a look as a courtesy.Andrew showed me where the clog occurred and walked me through the video. He also showed me what needed to be done in order to solve the cracked clay pipe that had actually collapsed. Whoever rehabbed my property put in the clean outs incorrectly and they poured concrete on top of the pipe, which ended up collapsing.After diagnosing the problem, Andrew and his team came on Tuesday morning. They dug a trench and replaced the pipe before lunch. During the process, Andrew continued to send me text message updates while I was in the house. I did step outside just to see what was going on, but he continued to text me throughout the job and kept me inform of the progress.I'm happy to report that we are flushing and flowing! Thanks Andrew for your courtesy, promptness, and thorough investigation.

Keith from Mr. Rooter Plumbing came to help us today after our shower faucet cartridge broke this morning and I had to shut off the main water to our house. He was very knowledgeable and helpful to explain that the valve needed to be replaced since it broke in the worst way. He carefully removed our shower panel so we can reuse it and went to work removing the old valve to install the new one. He was very neat doing this work and he was even very patient with our curious dog. I highly recommend Keith and Mr. Rooter Plumbing.

I was really impressed by the service I received with Rooter-Man. In the past the plumbers I've used weren't that friendly and seemed to try an overcharge for services I didn't need. That wasn't the case with Roy - he was extremely friendly and took the time to explain what was going on with our main sewer line. He was knowledgeable and gave us a really great deal. I had called other businesses and they had the best prices. Would definitely use again.
