When the compressor in our air conditioner failed, Mike worked hard with our home warranty company to ensure we were properly cared for. As soon as the parts were ordered, and work was authorized, Mike and Tim were at our home pulling out the old unit, just in time for the new unit to arrive. They plowed through the whole replacement of the split system in a single visit, getting it done in around 8 hours, in the middle of summer (I have no idea how they are able to stand the heat!). A huge thank you to Mike and Tim, for doing high quality work so quickly! Our family is enjoying the new A/C system.

My AC went out while I was away. I was able to come home the next day and Day/Night was there a couple hours after I got home.
My A/C was up and running within 15-30 minutes. Jeremy was super-friendly and professional. I have used Day/Night for over 10 years. They are the best.

AC has been fine as we do take care of the mechanicals around the home.

Last year this time we decided to find a new Service Company and my wife searched and found a boutique, family run Company in North Phoenix called Just Air, Inc.

Their Owner James came and serviced the Unit while being understanding with our Covid concerns.

Just Air is truly family run which now includes their son Bradley as a service technician.

Bradley came out on time and began a very thorough spring clean and inspection and became concerned about the condenser motor. He also went into the attic to observe the air handler and check the settings ala the cooling temps.

He determined that we were very close to needing a new motor and we opted in. The sheer level of detail that Bradley engaged on & efforted was pretty amazing while honoring our safety concerns via Covid as a family member here is immunocompromised.

For a young man to have this level of understanding and emotional intelligence was very impressive and greatly appreciated.

It also follows what we had felt from last years’ service about the TLC and professionalism of Just Air.

They may not be even close to being the biggest service provider, but we would be hard pressed to find a better managed and run organization.

Thanks for sending Raymond P for the HVAC check up. It is great to have peace of mind that all is working for the Heating and Air Conditioning. Alien AC installed our A/C unit for us 8 1/2 years ago. We came home yesterday to a 90 degree house and realized our fan motor wasn't blowing. If you want a company that is reliable, clean, professional, and responsible, you need Howard Air. I have used them for multiple installations and have never been disappointed. They absolutely go out of their way to provide a top quality installation. I had a complete new system including replacement of the duct work, Chris & Todd made several trips to the job site to provide me with the best possible installation even in a very difficult situation with the perverbial really bad remodeling General Contractor.

I was very satisfied with the duct and vent cleaning service from Cooling Men, Technicians were very knowlegeable, curtious and
professional.They let me watch and answered my many questions. I highly recomend them. They also did a great job with the clean up and moving heavy furnishings. Super job!!!!

ACA is awesome. Troy came out and went in my attic, taking many pictures to show me exactly what issues I needed to address. Another company had come out before and actually told me I needed more work, work that Troy said could either wait a few years or that was excessive. Troy is honest in bidding the work that needs to be done and fair with your budget by helping you prioritize what really needs repairing. The crew is friendly and cleaned up after themselves. Everyone arrived on time and did their work in a timely manner. After the work was finished I was given pictures of my attic again showing the repairs made. The following day after service, Troy called me to make sure I was satisfied with the services I received. I have hired this company many times and have dealt with Troy each time. His service and the company as a whole is a company worth hiring! You'll be glad you did.

When our washing machine stopped working a few days before vacation, we immediately contacted Appliance Repair Bros.
