AC broke on Tuesday, they came that night. Needed to replace the entire unit. No interest financing and very affordable option with a great warranty. By Thursday I had a brand new ac unit. They were expedient, professional and respectful. This was a great service. Matt was our serviceman and he got things done quickly and perfectly. Thanks Desert diamond, Matt and the installation team.

I was assigned this contractor through my home warranty company. I scheduled an appointment for AC issues. My appointment was initially set for Wed between 1 and 5PM. No one ever showed and I did not receive any calls from the company. After calling them myself to check the status, I was told that due to delays, they would be out the following day between 1 and 5PM. At 8:30PM, a technician had still not been to my residence and I had received no updates from the company. I was finally able to get a technician on the phone who indicated he would personally be at my residence between 9:30 and 10Am the following morning. Well, they never showed and again no updates from the company. Even though it is during business hours, no one will answer their phone and the message says they are closed. I would not recommend doing business with this company. Very unprofessional.

Curtis and Bradley were outstanding. They provided the do's and don'ts for our inquiry. The professionalism far exceeded of what we expected, I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Great service! They came out the day a called after hours, for a few, and fixed our problem within 30 minutes. Mark was knowledgeable and very friendly!

This company has wonderful employees that are always very respectful, tony and ashley helped me and I will definitely be calling them again if I need more service in the future.

What can I say from start to finish A/C & Refrigeration was amazing! Our air conditioner passed away on Sunday.I received 4 other estimates all about the same in price. Thankfully with Mindy the owner & her experience in the air conditioner biz she guided and educated me on all the units I was considering. Never did she put down another company it was so refreshing and professional. The Tech, Guys Sweet, was very proficient, he worked hard in this heat and repaired my unit by replacing capacitors and doing some minor repairs. My air conditioner is working beautifully. I really appreciate Absolute Heating, Cooling & Refrigeration. I recommend them.

The best company

This is the best air company I've ever worked with. My air went out on a day the high was over 120. I called Frozen Air pretty much thinking I needed a new unit due to how old it looked to me. Frozen Air was at my house same day and magically had the parts to have my air running Cold and Strong. I strongly recommend Frozen Air for your A/C needs. Especially if your in a pinch.

SMW did our annual fall system service check. Technician David was on time, professional, courteous and kind. He completely explained everything and made a few minor suggestions for safety that we were not aware of before the visit. Thank you for a great experience!
