I looked on google about a week and a half ago. I did my research because the flood in my home was serious. I didn’t want to hire someone who didn’t know how to handle an enormous flood like the one I experienced in my home. I called the water fighters and they came out really quick I mean fast! and after a couple of days they had everything back to normal conditions. I am happy with the service! And absolutely best customer service since I called.

I initially contacted Trevor to get the water remediation process started, and was quickly turned over to Dakota to get the necessary work started. He was able to not only identify the problem, but take the necessary action to remove all damaged surfaces. This was done quickly, professionally, with a focus on customer service. Before and after photos were provided without asking. Rocky Mountain Restoration is a very good outfit that I would certainly do business with again.

We had water damage and they were quick to respond and to eliminate the present water damage and prevent any further damage that would require to be removed. I would highly recommend using this company for your water damage needs.

Had toilet supply line broke, flood our house 100% called my insurance company and they recommend Restore Master, called and them right away and they showed up to our house in next 45 minutes , was the owner with 3 other helpers , super nice crew , they walked me thru to entire house to explain whats needs done , this company deserve 10 star super happy with with work they have done to our house , and I will recommend Restore Master to anyone for any water and mold damage .

I needed a quote for something quite complicated and instead of giving me a run around they gave me direction pretty immediately. Cesar and his team do quality work. I highly recommend them and will hire them for my next project. They just finished water damage repair which included mold removal. They also did an amazing bathroom remodel, installed new flooring and are installing custom stairs. Water Fighters are great!

Nathan was very helpful when I had a concern about possible mold in my house. He sent Houston to inspect the concerning areas, and Houston was extremely friendly, helpful, and honest. He gave me great advice and peace of mind regarding the issue, which did not appear to be mold. All of this advice was given during a free estimate. Based on this experience I would highly recommend this team and this company. If we have a mold issue in the future, or just consider remodeling our house in the future, we will absolutely reach out to this company to try and work with them.

Within minutes of when we decided to hire Rocky Mountain Restoration, they were out to our house and began performing measurements and installing equipment for water and moisture mitigation. They checked on the progress daily and when the measurements came in to the required range, they quickly removed all the equipment so our house would be ready for a contractor to restore the original appearance of the damaged area. A job well done by Rocky Mountain Restoration.

A careless tile removal job from a contractor left our entire house caked with dust. Our world just stopped, we were devastated. A friend had us call Rick, who came out and set us up right away. I don't know what I would have done without calling kustom when my toilet flooded. They were able to take care of the problem right away and handled my restoration needs so efficiently. When I had questions they were quick to answer them and made me feel like I was a priority to them! I hope to never have any situation like this happen again but if it does I know exactly where to go!

Best service I've ever recieved. The owner really goes above and beyond. He was able to come by the house give a quote and in the same day completed 4 bedrooms! The carpets went from ugly to beautiful. Very was impressive to say the least.
