The absolute most professional, honest and trustworthy company you could ask for! Showed up early and got right to into the repair. Aaron the owner was great on the phone and in person, listened to our situation and was able to be at our house the very next morning. From start to finish they kept us updated on how things were going and there wasn’t even a mess! This was the cleanest repair we’ve ever seen, and in less than two hours we had hot water again! Rude staff and terrible customer service.

These guys were hard working, competent, fair, and professional, showed up 10 min early. Highly recommend. They dug up a hack job sewer splice in my backyard when it was 112° and fixed it in an afternoon while I watched from the A/C. Got the recommendation from my dad and he was right. I'll call these guys every time I need a plumber!

These guys are AMAZING! I just called Moon Valley Plumbing today because my hot water heater literally exploded. I had no idea what to do and my entire balcony was being flooded with water.

The lady who took my call (Pam) was so helpful and nice and got someone out to me in literally a few minutes.

Kenny, the technician, was so knowledgeable and helpful. He explained my options and gave me really good advice on what I needed to do and even a referral for someone to come dry out the room so I didn't have to deal with mold. He didn't try to gouge or up-sell me on anything and went out and bought spare parts that I needed for me because I wasn't sure of what to get.

I'm blown away by this company. Everyone I spoke to was fantastic and the experience literally could not have been better. They took a really negative situation and made it a positive experience for me. I'm grateful and could not recommend them more. Thank you Moon Valley Plumbing!

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.
