Called them to replace a breaker to my water heater and they were great, quite professional - and good communication on when the electrician was coming out - will definitely call them again for any electrical needs.

Justin was on time, very professional, and helped a ton. He was awesome!! We will do all our services with them.

But, my husband said let's stick with the company that installed it. I'm glad I did! The experience was totally different. It's been three days since the repair was made. Called at 11am Sunday explaining the shut off valve for the bathroom faucet was leaking (and the 1/4 turn dial broken). They do not charge extra for Sunday’s and would give an estimate once here.The plumber called me at 1pm saying he’s be here by 2pm. Arrived on time, gave an estimate that was on par with the other places I’d called but no additional Sunday fee.The job was done by 3pm and looks great. Am a very satisfied customer. Thanks to James for his professionalism as well as presenting the different options that were available. There was no upswell pressure but I appreciated the option explanation.

We were struggling with our home warranty company and went without a/c for 2 weeks. When they finally referred us to another company, even after the warranty partial payment, we would never have been able to afford it. 5 star was recommended to us and from start to finish the job was done quickly, efficiently, and the repair tech guy was very polite. The total price was also WELL below the other company as well. I would highly recommend 5 star.

I called KJ's Cooling and Heating this morning, they were very friendly when I called AND they had a technician to my home the same day. Brent explained to me what had happened with my a/c unit and was able to fix it the same day. I am finally with A/C again!!! The service was great, the price was reasonable. I would highly recommend them!

AccuTemp came out to assess my AC and the tech, by his own statement, stripped out the threads on the service valve so it constantly leaks. GM Joey Murley refused to fix it and my AC has not work in over 5 months because they damaged the unit and refuse to fix it. Joey Murley has done nothing but tell me lie after lie after lie such that I know that he is lying to me whenever he opens his mouth. He flat out lied to me right to my face and told me the service valve they damaged was not leaking and when he left and I checked and, contrary to his flat out lie to my face, it was leaking severely. I am waiting for the Registrar of Contractors to investigate. AccuTemp damaged my unit and abandoned the job leaving me with no AC for over 5 months. And the review that follows by Cathy Murley only proves that she is as big a liar as her son. Nothing got resolved. They came out and my AC had a service valve/Schader valve leak which was worse after they left and after they left after that, my AC does not work at all and will not even turn on at all and I have been with AC all summer and heat all winter. Joey and Cathy Murley are the 2 most untruthful people I have even met in my entire life and working with them has been a complete nightmare.

I had a problem with my master suite shower and Jarred came out from Pro Skill. A nice young man, very polite. The cartridge was gone in the Moen faucet. It turned into a bigger job because of calcium buildup. He explained the entire process to me and fixed the problem. I have been with Pro skill since Travis and Taylor started their own business. Very honest company and very efficient. Thank you.
