I recommend Penguin Air and Plumbing, they are always courteous and comprehensive. Our tech Nate was very professional, informative, and in no way hassling. He maintainenced our AC to the upmost possible but still was honest about our eventual replacements. Overall 10/10!

I contacted Hobaica for help provide hot water more rapidly to bathrooms and kitchen. Their website has a nice video to explain a “flash hot water” system. From the first call to the office everyone was professional and welcoming. Tom was sent to our home to evaluate and estimate the situation. Both he and electrician Amer did the actual installation. All work was done on time, as promised and no mess.
Amer did additional evaluation of our electrical system and the voltage of the bathroom appliances such as a hair dryer & portable heater. He carefully explained how these appliances were causing overloaded circuits.
I am very happy with the services provided!

Jared was very knowledgeable about his work. He had to replace the electrical board twice because the first one was faulty. He gave good information on what he was doing!

So pleased with Fred, operations mgr. who checked out a/c which was failing and presented options. Since unit was no longer under warranty we decided to go with new unit and service was EXCELLENT. Highly recommend this company.

Alien Air was responsive and willing to work with our situation. They were on time and professional, and our replacement unit is 100% functional and cooling our house as expected. The workers were courteous and understanding, and the experience was very positive overall.

Lincoln Air installed a multi zone Mitsubishi ductless mini split system. I am very pleased with the appearance of the install and the operation of the new unit. I was also pleased with the quality of work by the install crew who did the job in about 5 hours and cleaned up well afterwards. Lincoln Air is a Diamond Elite Mitsubishi contractor, the highest rating. I could not be more satisfied and will be using Lincoln for a future install.

100 per cent recommend Comfort One. We had a challenging HVAC installation with multiple units and they more than exceeded our expectations. Aa pleasure to deal with on every level. For context We are doing quite extensive remodeling on our house and Comfort One is the ONLY company we have dealt with so far that does what they say they will do on time and on budget.

I called Parker & Sons today my AC wasn’t working on the first warm day of the season. This winter I had inadvertently turned off the breaker switch. And had forgotten to flip it back. So the service man came out and determined the problem.and flipped it back. Problem solved. I had thought it would show some class and PR not to charge me. But since I had agreed to the service call price of $95, of course I was charged and paid this price. I doubt a smaller company would have charged me this fee, but not Parker And Sons, was charged the full price. How about building some nice customer relationships? Will remember this, Have a nice evening.

Does not sell you unnecessary parts and service. Gives good advice on problems and routine maintenance.

Once again, we received excellent product, installation and customer service from Howard Air. A second air conditioner was needed at our house, and as soon as I called about it, customer service took the ball quickly and sales rep Scott helped make it happen along with a terrific installation crew that did excellent work. We had Tony and Ashley from 5 Star out to install a new A/C unit. They were courteous and professional and did an amazing job. The price was right and they made sure every detail was perfect upon completing the job. I would highly recommend this company and will be using them again when we replace our other unit.

I can't express how happy I am with their service. My a/c went out in the middle of the night. All the big a/c companies were booked out for 3 weeks. Seriously, no joke even for emergency calls. My husband's co-worker knew these guys personally. I called them and within 2 hours they were at my house. They had the part that needed replacing on their truck. My a/c was back up and running within 30 min of their arrivial. The 2 guys were very nice and professional. This is now my new a/c company!!! Thanks again!!!

We contacted AirZona along with 3 other contractors to replace our furnace and air conditioning units. Gerald (AirZona owner) arrived at the designated time, inspected our existing system, and went over their proposed system and pricing. He was very personable and explained the items in terms that we could understand. We went with AirZona on the spot, based on Gerald's explanations.

The installation process was just as smooth. Again, Gerald arrived with the installation crew, and they were all professional, courteous, and very friendly. The installation took the entire day, but the crew each worked on tasks that minimized any unnecessary delay, and didn’t seem to mind the questions I had during the process.

I appreciate a Customer service agent responding quickly via text just a few minutes after I submitted an online request on a Sunday. This is what a lot of companies don’t have that keeps me using Proskill. I was scheduled the next day as I don’t have a true emergency so I could save on the weekend rate.The next day, Pat showed up early and quickly diagnosed the problem. He also suggested an additional part to be added that will control the power coming in to the unit and would hopefully prolong the life of the AC. I know this was not an upsell as I was informed about this a few years ago during a routine checkup that I didn’t avail at the time. I did so today and Pat was ready with then parts.Very happy with Proskill.
