Had a great experience with this company. The knob in the shower in the master bathroom broke and water was leaking and pouring out. Called penguin air and they had someone out within two hours of calling The guy that came out was Eric Harms, he had great customer service and was very helpful. Will definitely use them again for future services.

Dylan was amazing. He was courteous on time & diagnosed a problem fast & fixed it effectively & immediately. He couldn't have been more helpful. I would totally recommend this company especially if Dylan is your guy.

Lincoln Air & Plumbing responded quickly to our request for service. There was a knowledgeable person there to answer the phone, well before what I would have considered normal business hours. I soon had a call back to confirm the problem and provide me a window of when the technician would arrive. The technician arrived early within the time window provided, quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to correct it.

I have used Comfort One since 2018 and love them and their service! They are honest, integrity based and service oriented. It is like dealing with a friend who is taking care of you. Also 2 of my friends have used them and one even said I saved her life with them they loved them so much. I have dealt mainly with Taps and Jessica (owners) and also John. The last few visits John has come. Recently he replaced the motor on my air conditioner. He found that it was under warranty and handled everything. We began the day seeking a quote for hot water heater replacement.Without prior knowledge or preparation, Ramesh coordinated with Kris and Joe Lord to install a water softener in addition to the new hot water heater, along with two cartridges and a faucet.All of the work was done in an absolutely professional manner, but also in a very friendly way. The installation was remarkable, especially in contrast to the prior amateurish install.There are pictures of the finished product. The entire extemporaneous project was completed by sundown.We could not be more satisfied with the quality of the work that was done or the skilled tradesman that performed it.Kudos to your entire staff.

I had an issue with our AC fan, the last company replaced the capacitor and took a couple of hours to figure out why the fan still not working, they told me the condenser motor fan is defective and need to replace it, it would cost me about $800.

Finally, I was able to find the Comfort Experts. Ryan from Comfort Experts was not only really friendly, but he also did a fantastic job of immediately diagnosing the issue (just in 10 min), quickly fixing the problem. No need to replace the Fan motor,

AC in AZ is important and when it goes out we all go into panic mode. I was able to get Howard Air to come look at my system the next morning. UPDATE: They refunded me.

The service tech didn't check heat pump refrigerant levels or the capacitor but immediately said the compressor needed replacing. It did not; only the capacitor needed replacing.
They ordered a new compressor, but it hadn't arrived for weeks, so I told them I no longer needed it and asked for a refund. They said they'd review my case, but for weeks they didn't get back to me.
Service tech even joked about charging almost $200 to replace a fuse on a Saturday!

They did a great job. Would hire again.
