Best Electrical Heat Pump in Phoenix AZ

i hired penguin air to install a drinking water system and do some electrical work at my place of business. i was given very poor options for the water service, such as install a faucet outside my bathroom wall. Then charged me $69 for a quote that they said would be free. Then i get a call a few hours later telling me they need to reschedule my electric appointment for next week.Unacceptable and unreliable in my opinion.

Just Air replaced our A/C unit several years back and they were fantastic. Would definitely recommend them. Very professional and courteous. Technicians are great! Danielle is so sweet and always willing to work with my work schedule when we need technicians to come out for our A/C and heater maintenance.

Great customer service from the beginning! Scheduling made a point to accommodate my schedule. The technician was right on time when I needed him to be there and he troubleshooted the problem with my A/C and had us back up in running quickly. Would definitely call again for routine check-ups and repairs!

The representative was very responsive and provided lots of info regarding air conditioners. The price this co gave me was almost the same as a Bosch sir cond from another co but the warranty on the Bosch unit longer plus included a whole house power surge protector. If I had gone with a lennox this would been my co of choice.

They do a great job! I called in to get my AC (air conditioning) repaired, and Jessica was very friendly and professional. The previous company came out and were not able to finish the job without trying to charge me thousands of dollars. She explained the process and made me feel comfortable. I spoke to the tech before he came out and he let me text photos of the potential issue over the phone. He gave me a quote and explained over the phone what he believed the problem much better than the company that actually came out to my property!

The tech came out on time and was very polite. He even took his shoes off so he wouldn't track dirt on my carpet. Comfort One fixed the problem in less than 90 minutes, and had both my air conditioner and heater running perfectly! He even explained how I could tell if the a/c was working and gave me some tips. They take credit cards, so I even got some rewards points out of it. If the other companies can't figure it out, or if you feel like you are being overcharged, call Comfort one for a HVAC consult. They give you the straight skinny!

Tried a different company and got all kinds of bad news. They guy said I needed to replace one of my AC units, the handler and furnace at a cost of over $10,000. I wanted a second opinion so I called Howard Air. Troy ran diagnostics and said one of the units needed a new capacitor. He also found the unit is under warranty. Cost to me was $150. Howard Air is a very honest company. I highly recommend them.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. If you’re looking for a company that’s is honest, fair and sticks with it till the job is done, Arcadia Air is the one! Although we had some unforeseen problems, every technician had a greater attitude, was very knowledgeable and professional. Jimmy, Manny and Dylan were amazing!! Thanks for the great service.

Our technician, Brandon was very professional, knowledgeable, and patiently answered all our questions and showed us pictures of what needed to be done and pictures after the work was done. We needed a number of items repaired including a new blower motor and had almost everything on his truck. Brandon did exactly what he said he’d do, he picked up the needed part early the next morning and had installation completed by 8:30 am. We are very appreciative of his hard work, expertise and highly recommend Parker & Son’s.

We had no air-conditioning and this company came the same day. They showed up during the timeframe that they told us. The gentleman was very professional and fixed our problem quickly.

Tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. Took his time and explained what he was doing. We now have a service agreement with them and it’s worth every penny

These guys have the most amazing customer service! We've used these guys for a few year now, and whenever we have had an urgent matter, they would get out the next day to check the problem out. They gave us more then 1 option & price points. We felt like they educated us to make the best decision based on the size of our home & usage needs.

these guys right away couple of months ago when one of our unit was not working right. The service man who showed up was prompt and courteous, recommended that we should get two new units so both will have 10 years warranty.he explained a few things about his service which sounded good . after signing and paying by credit card within 3-4 days 2 techs came and replaced both units.. did the clean up and said some one from the company will come soon to fix the wooden frame. or else call us. we called nobody showed up but later calling again a guy came to fix the wood frame they had taken out. when asked did you change the filters as we were promised. he said not his job. call the filter guy will come in 3 days . So far we called 2-3 times. The front desk lady refused totally that they don't fix filters they only take your money and set up the the ac units. After lot of back and forth she said she will see what she can do, No answer yet. nobody showed up in the last 2 months .so this review. She had also said you complain to the company not to her. Does this sound like good service?Our next complaint will be to BBB.

Highly recommended service and install company.They where referred to us be friends that have been using them for a while.We had them over to service one system and replace the older of the two systems we have.The install crew did a great job and left our house nice and clean.
