Had a good experience. My technician was helpful and an expert at what he was doing. Very patient and friendly. Had a positive experience during difficult decision making and i felt like I could trust his expertise.

Just called these guys today (Sunday) and they were here within a couple hours. Their plumber James was outstanding and fixed our issue. No extra charge to use their camera either. A+

Mostly up-sell talk. Cost was not fully disclosed on the phone and I’m sure the tech felt some type of way, by charging me so much for a simple, tell me what it’s doing and and know what’s wrong, type of issue, in addition to the trip fee. Also, they left without putting the electrical panel back together.

The technicians sent were professional and knowledgeable. They stayed until they knew my issue was resolved. I would definitely recommend them.

I used them again, this time to unclog a sink at one of my tenants' homes. They were offered right away, with a selection of window times. The plumber accommodated the modification and spoke with me on a regular basis. He spent many hours with snakes ranging from garden to Anaconda, all while being monitored and commanded. They were really courteous and patient with the older renter, which I appreciated. And the cost was really affordable! Use these people! :)

I used Yelp to find a quote after water buildup in my kitchen sink (the disposal burned out). The quickest and best response was from NorFleet Family Plumbing. It has been a few days and I think its safe to say that they did a Fantastic job. The price quote was great, garbage disposal replacement was the best idea and it was quickly installed by Nick. He was patient with my questions and even offered to look at any other plumbing problems we might be having (luckily none). But i know next time anyone mentions needing a plumber, I will recommend Norfleet!
