Charged me $318 for drain clean that took 30 minutes on one of my rental properties. Also drilled a hole in the metal drain and left jagged edges exposed. Took my credit card ahead of job and never called with a quote to fix. Just did the job and charged me. Was very unhappy with the service and very high price. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Was very fast came within a hour of calling them clean and fast working and not expensive either would recommend

A new a/c was installed today. So far so good. Sam, the general manager, is very professional, experienced and meticulous. Still too early to evaluate the a/c itself though.

We received 4 bids to replace our 18 1/2 year old AC unit and their price was the best. Their integrity is great. Even when we had a problem, they had quick response and repair, with a positive and tenacious attitude. I would recommend this company to anyone. I have loved working with them for the last two years And will continue to do so.

This company is horrible and disorganized. They never show up at the appointment time and they never return a phone call. When they no-showed on my scheduled appointment I called to find out where they were and they claimed they had already come out days before to fix it. They cannot name a date or time that the technician came out. They never left a receipt, and never notified me that they had completed the job. So IF they came out like they're claiming, they trespassed onto my property. They STILL have not provided proof of repair after being asked several times by my home warranty company. Don't waste your time.

Consultant delivered a professional pitch and was thorough and informative about what I was paying for, installation technician showed up shortly after I had decided on what unit I'd like. The technician even changed the method they used to plumb the unit as they weren't satisfied with how it looked and it turned out great.If I don't edit this review within a year assume the water softener unit works perfectly and was worth the money.

I lucked out and they were available to come out the same day. Although it was figured out that my sink wasn't leaking, Ron was very knowledgable and friendly (even with our dog!). Gave tips on what to look for and expect in the future. It's clear he loves what he does. Very professional as well.

Anthony went above and beyond expectations. He worked quickly and efficiently but he took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He taught me how to clean another filter I had in the house, which had been accumulating dust for several years. Very pleasant personality. I would certainly request him again.

these guys right away couple of months ago when one of our unit was not working right. The service man who showed up was prompt and courteous, recommended that we should get two new units so both will have 10 years warranty.he explained a few things about his service which sounded good . after signing and paying by credit card within 3-4 days 2 techs came and replaced both units.. did the clean up and said some one from the company will come soon to fix the wooden frame. or else call us. we called nobody showed up but later calling again a guy came to fix the wood frame they had taken out. when asked did you change the filters as we were promised. he said not his job. call the filter guy will come in 3 days . So far we called 2-3 times. The front desk lady refused totally that they don't fix filters they only take your money and set up the the ac units. After lot of back and forth she said she will see what she can do, No answer yet. nobody showed up in the last 2 months .so this review. She had also said you complain to the company not to her. Does this sound like good service?Our next complaint will be to BBB.

Good honest , hit on all points, efficient and quick to diagnose and make the repair. I recommend this company, very pleased with their service. My tech (Austin) was very good at his job.
