Feared the worse, but hoped for the best and found it!!! We had an issue with draining from our bathrooms tub and shower, and dreaded the thought of what a 50 yo house might throw at us. Found Sav-On, and couldn't have asked for better! Our tech Jesse was extremely kind, and didn't have any issue explaining what he was doing. Up front pricing, and definite professionalism...would have no problem ever recommending them for any plumbing issues.

We have had some pretty ugly companies come out in the past thru our home warranty company but NOT this company. They are very professional and accommodating. Great professional service! Eddie was our technician and he was very friendly and was able to show us pictures of what he saw in the attic. Heater was checked out and all ducting pressures were verified and internal components inspected and cleaned. He also made us aware of products that are available to clean the air that circulates through the house and minimize allergies and bacteria. Overall a great experience! Would recommend!

Julio came out to service my AC and he was very detailed and knowledgeable. He explained what he did, checked on warranty status, made recommendations, and made an honest quote for the repair. This company has great employees and does quality work.

Howard Air did what they committed to do, and did a top notch job. Out of 3 quotes, they were in the middle for new A/C and gas furnace. However, the scope of work was better defined, and we got a TRANE 4 ton unit. The other 2 companies were brands that I hadn't heard of. The 3 man crew showed up exactly on time, started working, and I don't think they stopped until they got done 7 hrs later. Nice clean setup, answered all my questions, briefed me on the new programmable thermostat. Cleaned up the debris. Never hurried, just very efficient, courteous, and seemed to enjoy what they do. They were great!

You know how when you find good people, it's evident? Good people have a certain way they talk, a certain way they walk, a certain way they help you through things.

Gerald and his team, (which I think consists mostly of his family) are just plain good people.

We had the unfortunate circumstance to have both of our A/C units experience issues in the summer of 2020 (of course, need I say more?). By the time we started talking with Gerald, I had already been on an a/c contractor parade. I buy nothing that will cost 10k+ without shopping around, so we're talking Excel spreadsheet comparison with all the different quotes, ideas, suggestions, etc...

I can say Gerald wasn't the least expensive option on the list, but was definitely one of the better prices, and his company offered a labor warranty that was 2.5x longer than the next closest installer. Bang for the buck-- this was a no-brainer.

On install day his team showed up and they're delightful. I can't imagine working in 100+ degree heat in an attic all day, so I honestly couldn't be more thankful. They're polite, informative and again, just plain good people.

I watched our old stuff hit the road and the new stuff come in, and wow. Totally awesome.

These guys are pretty epic! Save yourself the contractor parade. What you get here is an amazing value at a great price. Couldn't be more pleased!

I am so grateful I found B3 Refrigeration. My air went out 2 nights ago, and they were able to come out to my home quickly, diagnosed the issue with in a matter of minutes, and were prepared with a replacement part on there truck! With in a few hours of the air going out my house was cooling off again. Thank you Shane for being professional and also for letting me know what I should do to keep my AC running good through these tough Arizona summers. We've had Aaron from Proskill help us on 2 separate occasions and both were fantastic. Plumbing is one of the few areas I don't want to DIY and the price charged is fair. Very impressed with the fact they wore boot covers in the house as they are the ONLY company I've seen do this since moving to Phoenix 3 years ago. Aaron showed up on time, quoted the services accurately/completely and did thorough/timely work.Update: Offered a free inspection of all house plumbing. With as many surprises as this place has thrown at us, I jumped at the chance. Gabriel was fantastic, just like everyone we've had from ProSkill. House got a clean bill of plumbing health and I'll sleep a little better tonight knowing that. The next time we need something done, no doubt their getting the call.2nd Update:Eric came out to inspect and maintain our furnace ahead of the winter. Arrived on time and did a great job with the old equipment we have (20+ years). Showed and explained some potential issues and helped set up a time for us to speak with someone in regards to potential updates. Still provided an estimate for repairs on existing equipment so we can compare options. Just another overall great experience with ProSkill.3rd Update:We had a mini-emergency with our main sewer pipe backing up. Unfortunately ProSkill was so popular they couldn't make it out for a week but pointed us in the direction of a few companies that could help. The company we went with made a recommendation of a costly service in addition to the fix. Decided to pump the brakes and get ProSkill out for their opinion. Aaron again came out and gave me some more information which showed we would need to be proactive in the future but not right now. I love that I can always count on ProSkill to give me an honest assessment.4th Update:We had a small leak from a exterior spigot that was leaking in our wall. Thankfully Proskill was able to come out quickly and Sam was incredible. He identified the problem and worked quickly to resolve it. Since some stucco needed to be removed he was also able to refer me to someone who could come out and help. Another impressive service from this company.
