Excellent service from the initial inspection and estimate for replacement to the final installation and clean up. Steve was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He took the time to pass on his expertise and explained my options in detail. The final cost was lower than competitors who offered so called discounts. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family needing any a/c service.

I called Four Seasons for the first time when my AC unit went down during the summer. They were so pleasant and understanding. They sent Jorge G out that same day and had my AC working in no time. He was so nice and professional. He was able to explain everything to me to where I could understand. Yesterday, I had Chris G out to maintain my unit for the winter and he was also so professional and friendly. I would recommend this company to everyone! Leah was very nice and helped to set an appointment up quickly. Patrick was on time, friendly and very neat. Unfortunately, I was told I needed a new AC.
(1984 unit died) Patrick got all his information into the office and I soon received a emailed estimate.
Leah once again Leah set up an appointment. Mat and Ethan arrived on time and did a great job. Both were very professional. I was especially grateful for Mat's great clean up job. You would never know that someone had been working there.

We had a very problematic Trane unit that we replaced and this company has the expertise and service oriented approach that you dream of working with in any trade. Highly recommend them for maintenance to overhaul replacements!

They were great. Showed up same day when the valley was in the middle of a super hot spell. Inside of 1/2 hr I had cool air back! Only 4 stars because they were a bit pricey at $350 for less than an hour and a $20 capacitor. $180 trip charge that doesn’t apply to repairs is a bit much too. But hey, they were responsive and got cold air going so I’m happy.

Howard Air is the only HVAC company I trust in my home! Of course there’s never a good time for your air to stop working, but a Sunday evening (Father’s Day) during some of the hottest temps in Arizona history, is probably the worst. The downstairs of the house was still keeping cool so we waited to call for service on our upstairs unit until first thing this morning. Given the pressure their service crew must be under I was surprised that they were able to have someone to my house by 10am much less the same day! Just a few days earlier I’d seen several trucks in front of my neighbor’s house, with another HVAC company replacing their entire system. Since our houses are the same age I was dreading the same would have to be done at our place. But that wasn’t the case at all. Bruce came out and diagnosed our problem to be a really leaky coil that needed to be replaced ASAP. He explained the issue in detail, showed me photos of the components covered in ice (not good), as well as rust that had been building up over time. He shot me straight and gave me very fair price on the repair, made a temporary fix to get the house to stay cool for a few more days while the replacement parts were ordered, and he was out the door. Two hours flat and I was back to work. Love these guys and they’re the only HVAC company I’d recommend to my friends and family. They’re the best!

Was very happy I saved my invoice from 2019 for repair work done by Paul. System at new to me house was in need of service and he knew exactly what was wrong and explained it and fixed it. Recommended new system in near future, which I am considering. Also answered questions and just made things simple.

These guys came out to fix an AC issue through American Home Warranty. What a surprise, usually Home Warranty Companies get a bad reputation. But they did an amazing job!

Called them in the morning and they came out the same day. Quick and professional.

3rd time I've used Dial One Mears and I will not use another HVAC company. Troy is very friendly and scheduled me same day. RJ diagnosed the problem and completed the repair while I was at work. The repair and cost was explained to me and I was pleased with the service.

I called Howard Air after my A/C caused a leak in my ceiling. I had to turn off my A/C to contain the flood of water. Although I had never used Howard Air in the past, the receptionist made a special effort to send a technician to my house after hours. The technician who came was extremely helpful. He couldn’t fix the problem but he made sure to have additional technicians return today. They were able to fix my A/C and install a safety shut off valve to prevent another leak. The technicians were efficient, polite, clean and explained what they did. AND, the charges were very reasonable. I am so grateful that they were recommended to me. I’m just sorry I didn’t call them sooner.
