Sal and Jibran were the techs that came out to repair our plumbing system that had root invasion. They were always here when they said they would be, and they did great work. They were very friendly and explained everything that was going on. We haven't had a plumbing issue since they replaced the pipes.

We called Hays Cooling & Heating to address an issue we were having in my daughter's bedroom. Jerry arrived at our house an hour early!! He was professional and fixed the problem. He was very professional and I appreciate that he explained everything he did.

Amazing experience! My A/C went out on a Saturday with temps above 110 degrees. Just Air was there to fix it in less than an hour! They were able to send out a technician on a Saturday in less than an hour! The technician was polite, professional and diagnosed the problem quickly. After many years of faithful service my old Goettl heat pump finally gave up requiring replacement. I contacted Benefit Air and found them very helpful in answering my questions and offering suggestions for replacement. After their tech made a very thorough evaluation of my system, he went over suggestions for a new Trane a/c system. We also discussed adding a new duct run to improve airflow in part of the house.
I then selected a new Trane 4 ton heat pump, and the additional duct run. The installation crew was very prompt, professional, and efficient in all the work performed, and was diligent in cleaning up areas impacted by their work. I found their prices to be fair, and I took advantage of their complete 10 year warranty. It seems I have found an air conditioning company that I can trust and highly recommend to others.

Technicians checked out the heating and cooling functions of the HVAC system. They also changed the system filters. They were efficient did not leave any mess. I recommend this company, they installed the HVAC system and have maintained it since.

The technician Javier Cruz came out to my mom and stepdad‘s house the other day. We were so impressed with this guy he perform services on our system other technicians say they’ve done but looks like he went above and beyond to go ahead and do it better. Every step of the way he was explaining to my stepfather what he was doing and why he was doing we’ve had doubts about ace home services but this technician cleared that up for us. From getting off the truck looking so professional and handsome this is what an AC technician should look like. We were very spoiled having him out because I highly doubt there will be another technician like him from now on my stepdad has said he’s going to request Javier Cruz out every time we have our maintenance visits.

This company came immediately this fall when my A/C shorted when the roofers moved it, and got it running again. When my heater went out before Xmas they came out the same day, diagnosed the problem, and had the part ordered. It took less than 20 minutes for them to install the part, and yay, the heater is working!

Scott was referred to me from one of my neighbors. My neighbor said that Howard air has done HVAC‘s on several of my neighbors properties. They are absolutely amazing and the prices are incredible.
