Best Commercial Heat in Phoenix AZ

My entire AC unit had to be replaced but thankfully A.P.E.S. sent me Quincy as my technician. Quincy did an outstanding job! He was on time, friendly, and very professional. He completed the job well before the estimated time. I couldn't have asked for a better technician, the service I received was top notch!

An outside faucet had a crack in the side. Robert came quickly, faster than I thought possible and made an immediate assessment and returned soon with a replacement faucet and quickly soldered the rupture. Scott D. Came to my house to check the dryer vent on the roof. He was on time, polite and very respectful. He explained the process to have the vent cleaned and the other vents in the house. I was not rushed through, he took his time and explained other services Hobaica offers. Very reasonably price... Come to find out they are a family owned business too. I have called them for my own personal home as well and have been very pleased with their work.

Had a different company out for a general service. Everything was working great at the time. I just wanted to make sure everything was inline for the summer. They gave me a list of about $1500 worth of repairs. I sent them packing. My neighbor told me to call Cactus Mechanical for a second opinion. I'm glad I did. They came out and serviced the unit. The tech was very nice and professional. He found that the unit was working properly and only needed 1 of the 5 parts that the other company said. I am very happy I called them as I might have blindly spent $1500 for parts I didn't need. I ended up spending just a little over $200 for the service and repair. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

This company is amazing and great to work with. Our AC unit went down several times over a three day period and they sent a tech each day that we called. Sam, the General Manager, even came out himself on a Saturday to get the unit up and running. We ended up having Temperature Pro replace our full HVAC system and they were able to fit us in rather quickly and did an outstanding job. I definitely recommend Temperature Pro and will only refer them to my friends and family. Thank you so much to the team at Temperature Pro for everything!

Investment property rental was not blowing cold air. Called late Friday evening and they had someone ready Saturday afternoon. James quickly identified the problem and replaced a capacitor. He had to climb up on the 3rd story to reach the condo unit. It was over 105 degrees out and within an hour he had it running. Thanks for coming through on a Saturday!

HVAC unit was running fine but it used to make some kind of screeching noise so I scheduled appointment for tune up. Service guy came said there was imbalance pressure, need to refill freon. For that he charged me 429$ and said there will be another repair suggested which is pressure switch. He said For pressure switch repair some one will be calling and gives me estimation. Lady from office called me and said it is going to be 1500$ to install that part. Seriously they are trying to get as much, they are not honest at all. I would not recommend this company at all.

Benefit Air has been servicing our A/C for several years, eventually replacing our rusted, broken down unit. They are always honest, respectful, and accommodating to our schedule.
