Best Commercial Electric in Phoenix AZ

EDIT 1/11/20: Had a great experience with them for HVAC repair. Not so much for Plumbing. Called them again for a water heater that was tripping the circuit breaker. They charged me for someone to come out, and I was quoted 800 for a water heater repair, 1600 to replace altogether. They also turned off the valve without telling me. Called another plumbing company, they sent someone out for FREE, and said there was no problem with the unit and that the issue was electrical, but my issue might've been a one off scenario. So far, after turning everything back on, it's working fine. Long story short I was almost RIPPED OFF by Penguin.ORIGINAL: Absolutely amazing from start to finish. My tech, Jimmy, was amazing. AC unexpectedly broke around evening time, when the interior of my house went up to 90. I called several places and Penguin was the only one who could come out the same night. They told me they'd come out around 10pm, but to my surprise I got a 30 minute courtesy call around 7pm. This was maybe 1 or 2 hours after I originally called? Jimmy was extremely professional and courteous, and he fixed our issue in no time. He was honest and pleasant. Everyone I talked to on the phone was also pleasant and understanding. There was virtually no hold time. I can't recommend Penguin (and thank their workers) enough, these guys are gonna be my new go-to.

Fixed my AC in under an hour and was here within an hour after calling for help. Two years later need new AC good terms and install in 2 days maybe one. Team came and removed old AC and replaced with new one. Great job all done in 3 hours. Thanks

The middle of the summer in Phoenix Arizona and my air conditioning goes out...
I called and Chris was so considerate and accommodating, within an hour Michael was at my door! He was professional and knowledgeable, he fixed a few parts and I was feeling the cool Air again!
I read reviews although I've have never written a review; but in this situation I'm so Grateful and impressed with their service I just had to share.
It ended up being 111degrees Yesterday! Today 117!

They guys from Comfort One Air Conditioning came out to tune up our 2 older units. They were on time and very professional.

They discovered one unit was low on coolant and filled it up. The other unit needed a capacitor. They fixed it all and assured me that these 25 year old units would make it through the summer.

We recently purchased a home that was 14 years old, one of our AC units went out and we knew the other one was most likely right behind it. We got quotes from 7 different local HVAC companies and decided that we wanted to go with Trane due to past experiences with their products. We chose Howard air by looking over reviews and because of the sales person that came out. No pressure, no gimmicky car salesmen stuff that we got from a few of the other companies. They did a load calculation on our home and set us up with amazing equipment and a great price. The install team was right on time, very polite and worked fast, they had both units replaced in one day. We love the new equipment, had to replace our nest thermostats with the Trane versions which was sad, but the rest we love :)

We had an amazing experience with Arcadia Air! Jimmy was really professional and friendly while answering all of our questions during the service of our home. The office staff was also very responsive and easy to deal with! We have used Arcadia Air many times now and it’s always the same positive experience! Service is above and beyond!

Our AC was due to be changed, called Ryan to get a quote and he came within an hour. He gave a competitive price. Got our new system installed the next day. Very responsive and reliable! Highly recommended.

Its very simple - Stop looking at reviews and call Five Star Air Conditioning immediately. We had no a/c for 2 weeks. We were working with one of the “bigger” companies in the area and after getting the run around for 2 long weeks, one of our friends recommended calling Five Star. Im so glad we did. Tim came to our house within 2 hours of my initial phone call to assess and give us a quote. He even patiently waited outside until we were finished talking to another company. Thank you for waiting Tim! He was fantastic and we signed the contract almost Instantly. A couple days later, Ashley & Tony came to Install our new a/c unit and they were equally as amazing!! They spent almost 10 hours at our house installing and explained everything along the way. They were very careful and cleaned up everything. Our house is so cold now, I love it! They were recommended to me & it was my first time calling this company. They were able to get out to fix my broken AC the same day I called. They were on time, fast, efficient, thorough, fair & friendly. They didn't try to sell me anything extra, just replaced the broken part and let me know what I needed to do to keep my system running as long as possible. I was very pleased with my experience with them. I will definitely recommend them and they are now my go to AC company.

I really enjoyed my experience with Circulate HCAV. They were the only ones to follow up with me to ensure if I was interested and also provided me a special that I could take advantage of. Derek, the service professional, was very patient, personable, professional and honest. I appreciate the time he spent to ensure my questions were answered. I felt at ease with him and didn't feel like he was rushing. He built a really good rapport with me as well. He called before arriving at the house and he went over everything on the invoice with me. He didn't try to sell me on things I didn't need, but did provide information on different items that may interest me or that I should be aware of. I will be calling on them again for my AC and heating needs. I’m impressed and will definitely be recommending this company to everyone.

Daryl from ProSkill was very nice, wore a mask and shoe covers in the house. He quickly diagnosed what was wrong and performed a full inspection to check everything else, then replaced the part (reasonable cost) and didn't try to push me on anything extra (outside of a mention of the service plan). Had heard good things about ProSkill, and they were true. Will use again.
