If i could give 0 stars or even negative i would. I would never recommend this xompany for any reason and regret 100% that we did. Front office lady Kendra is not personable at all and just kind of rude. When our air handler went out North valley came out and replaced which is what i expected. Everything was fine until i went into the attic and noticed they had completely cut 2 trusses, which if you know anything about construction is a big no no and maybe even illegal. Kirk or kurt whatever the owners name is did come out to fix but never apologized for what happend or showed any empathy. 2 yrs later we had a leak coming from air handler, not that big of a deal, just a clogged line. But after being here for 2 hours they wanted to charge 900$ for a new pan and clear out the line.? I agreed to it because i just wanted it fixed and didnt want more drywall damage. Then the service tech said he couldn't do it all of a sudden. The owner said we would be a liability to a them. So they still charged us 90$ to come out and blow smoke. They left us with a air handler still leaking and told us to call a better company. Worst experience I have ever had with any company. Please dont put yourself through something like this.Definitely did not refuse service. We agreed to the full amount and everything you mentioned. Your tech told us he talked to Kirk and was told you guys could not service. After we said to go ahead and do it. Thanks for all the help though.

Tech was diligent, thorough and proactive- used preventive measures with even rewiring to ensure this won’t happen again! Highly respectful. Quite satisfied with the service provided from the sales person, customer service representative, to the plumber who was dispatched. I had a water conditioning unit installed and the work was impressive. The plumber had his mask on, shoe covering, and left the work space neat. I have a request to do some electrical work and I look forward to it.

Our nearly 20 year old AC unit died. I remembered seeing a King Mechanical truck in our neighborhood and talking to the owner, who was happy with their equipment and work, so I called. I spoke directly with Frank, the owner, who helped me determine what kind of unit I needed and whether it would be cost effective to upgrade to a higher efficiency unit. The heat was miserable in the house, but Frank and crew were onsite at 8:30am the next morning, and he assured me we won't leave until it's working. They finished a difficult install (unit in the attic and outside unit difficult to remove) at 7:30 pm and we had cooling once again. The price was reasonable for good equipment with a good warranty. They guys were hard working, clean, cheerful, and professional. I would use KIng Mechanical again, and recommend them to you for your heating/AC needs.

Fantastic! I have an older home with an older a/c unit. I need a new unit but can't afford it right now. Well, it went out again and I have a family and just can't wait in the heat for a company to come out until usually the next day. It went out when it was about 110 degrees outside. So I looked at some reviews that said these guys came out quickly and I called.

This guy came out in about an hour! I couldn't believe it. They were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately my unit is so old that they don't make a fan motor for it any more. And that's what I needed. So they made a new universal one work instead of telling me too bad, you need a new unit. Well, they basically found a way to make it work right, but it had a few issues and they had to come out several more times. THIS WAS NOT THEIR FAULT, they were trying to make it work with the dinosaur I own. I looked at it. Fans just don't fit this way any more. It's a totally different set up. I can't believe he even tried for us.

Every time he came out, he refused to take a payment, even though he deserved it. He even gave me new parts for free to make it work. He just kept saying he wants to keep my business forever. And he will! Any other company would have charged $69 every time they came out. And it would've been justified. This was a rebuild with old junk, not a normal repair. AND each time he came out with in 1-2 hours.

I just couldn't believe it. I haven't seen someone care so much about service and keeping up a good reputation in so long. I wish everyone was like that.

Piñon Air provided great customer service and completed the job when they said it was going to be completed, on time, and on budget. Technicians were very polite and professional.

Sean with Howard Air did a great job repairing chewed wiring by a rodent and rat proving it by rewiring through metal conduct cable and 1/4 wire mesh to keep rodents from getting into unit to do more damage. Sean was a very pleasant service tech that was very thorough in checking our 15yr old system. Next year Howard Air is our company for a new AC replacement.
