Best Cleaning Up in Phoenix AZ

We have used Hobaica for the last 12 years with the installation of a new AC unit. We continued with twice yearly checkups to insure the unit stays in tip-top shape. Our service technician, Justin, does an amazing job evaluating any potential problems to insure we will not experience any breakdowns. He is always on time, professional and extremely nice and easy to work with. We highly recommend Justin and the Hobaica team!

First of all, I called in the morning with an AC problem. The woman that answered the phone heard my baby chattering in the background and expedited the service because she wanted to make sure he was okay in the heat of the summer! Like……….who does that? That was my first hint that this place was going to be awesome.

Then our technician got here, and Octavio was amazing. His humble and honest approach was refreshing, and his professionalism and knowledge were outstanding. He helped me be a better homeowner by giving tips and tricks to run my AC more efficiently on top of doing a quick and effective total system diagnosis. I would call these guys again in a heartbeat!

James was on time for the scheduled appointment. Explained to me about what he would be checking for and showed me on my AC unit. Went to the attic (crawl space) and explained to me about the unit up there and about the drainage system. He did not rush and answered any questions I had.

I have used A & M Mechanical multiple time over the years for several properties. Their timeliness and attention to the details was what I found to be refreshing. If they say they will be there: They are there. The diagnostics that they perform left me with questions, but they were completely and honestly answered. Are they the least expensive? No, but I have found that over time they were the best value, since everything worked thereafter. No loss of my time, or the nickel and diming me over return calls to correct something else. They explained everything thoroughly, and left my home clean, and in a reasonable amount of time. This is my third installation with Day and Night air and I would highly recommend them.

I agree with all of the good reviews here. We moved to Arizona in 2009 and have used Howard Air ever since for servicing, and a new installation on one occasion. There has never been an occasion when I have thought ' Maybe I'll try somebody else next time '. Professional, quality, service and pricing'- that's Howard Air for me. Have never been without a working system at any time.

Amazing company. After searching and comparing HVAC companies, we choose Preferred Air above all. From our first phone call with Samantha, who was professional and accommodating, to the completion of our install, this company and the whole crew exceeded our expectations. Daniel Hernandez was very knowledgeable, honest and explained in detail all work that was going to be done and answered all of our questions. We choose American Standard 18 SEAR , which perform excellent and quiet. We have been very satisfied over the past few months with savings on our monthly electric bill. We feel like we won the lotto with this company! We are extremely happy with their fast response and professionalism. I can now say we no longer have to keep searching for an AC company! Thank god! Unlike most AC companies we had in the past, they knew the problem immediately with no round abouts and no answers like, I think you may have this problem or I'm not sure what's really wrong with your AC which drove me Bunkers from other companies. They straight out told us what was wrong and what had to be done immediately. You can feel it when you know you have found a very knowledgable AC guy. We knew we did right away! We honestly thought we wouldn't have AC for 9 days and having pets made it more difficult. But I was wrong. They came out the next day after we made the purchase of the new AC unit. Today we had our AC serviced (routine) and I must say I was very impressed by the tech, Tommy! When he arrived at my home, I explained that my 10 month old granddaughter was with me. He said hi to her and got to work. My granddaughter eventually fell asleep while he worked outside. When Tommy was done, he gently knocked on the door. As I opened it, he said I didn't know if she was awake or sleeping. I was so grateful for his consideration and kindness not to mention the thorough and timely job he did!
