Scott Dale was a great technician that did a thorough inspection of our heating/cooling, plumbing and electrical systems. I feel confident that we have a good understanding of what is needed to maintain good systems in our house now.

Replaced 20 year old 5 ton unit. Was worried about potential roof damage and length of installation. They showed up on time, finished in a day and not a mark on the roof! Could not ask for more.

Josh came to our home Dec 24, 2022 and replaced the valves under the kitchen sink. He did a first rate job. He talked with me, giving me ideas about two other plumbing challenges I was having, but did not make me feel pressured at all. Just full of good information, which I appreciated! He is very friendly, and very knowledgeable. I will recommend him to others, and call on him again when we need plumbing help!

We found ourselves in a very hard spot, having both our AC units go out at once. We where nervous about how big of a job it was going to be BUT Adam treated us with such care and understanding. He walked us through the problem, explained what we needed to do, and gave us plenty of time to think about it. A big thanks to the team at A/C&R for the installation of a new Trane Unit on our home. They sold us our last unit twenty years ago and were our first choice when it was time to replace it. They gave us a package price that included removal and disposal of the old unit and installation of the new one. Mindy, Tony, and David did an excellent job of keeping us in the loop during the process and met every commitment they made. We will continue to use them for regular maintenance for the new unit and hopefully will get 20 years out of this one as well. Thanks again!

UPDATE: They refunded me.

The service tech didn't check heat pump refrigerant levels or the capacitor but immediately said the compressor needed replacing. It did not; only the capacitor needed replacing.
They ordered a new compressor, but it hadn't arrived for weeks, so I told them I no longer needed it and asked for a refund. They said they'd review my case, but for weeks they didn't get back to me.
Service tech even joked about charging almost $200 to replace a fuse on a Saturday!

They did a great job. Would hire again.
