We had a horrible sewage backup at our brand new rental in both bathrooms 3 days after moving in. Our property management hired Moon Valley to come and fix it and I’m glad they did. Noah immediately got on the roof and started working and in less than a hour the problem was fixed. They arrived on time and I was more than satisfied with the work that Noah did. Highly recommend!

I am very satisfied with the work Doug did for our sons' condo. He removed and replaced the kitchen sink, installed a new disposal and a new RO system. He was prompt, and he kept on it until it was done right. I was amazed that he was able to remove and replace the sink by himself since these Kohler cast iron sinks weigh about 130 pounds! I highly recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

I had a RO drinking water system and water softener installed. The two young men (Richard and Julian) did an outstanding job. Very professional and went above and beyond the expected. Had an appointment for a repair at a rental property for 7-11am. Hadn't heard anything so called at 10:55 for an update. Left a voicemail and Laszlo called me back a few minutes later to say he wrote down the job was cancelled. I said I did not cancel it and had driven to the property and was waiting for him. He said he doesn't make mistakes. Told him I would find someone competent to do the repair instead and he said good.

Zach came out to work on my water softener he was wonderful. They called 30 minutes out just as they promised. He was clean, polite and knowledgeable. I will defiantly use them again..

Chad with rapid rooter is great. I had him install whole house filtration and RO system in my previous house it was great. When I moved to my current home I had him install it again before I even moved in! Also was great when I needed a kitchen faucet replaced that I couldn’t easily access

RUN! RUN!!!!!! If you’re either building a new home that uses Chas Roberts or thinking of utilizing their services- DONT! I live in a neighborhood filled with complaints about how unethical and shady this company is. This company willingly and knowingly installed faulty units in multiple homes within our neighborhood. These units are under five years old and constantly leak, stop working and many other issues. Remarks from their very own employees visiting our homes consists of admitting this and stating there are so many issues with the unit it comes down to poor install and poor quality parts. An individual told us he was leaving the company over the issues. Mind you everyone gets this glorified ac unit, “warranty” where Chas Roberts comes out and, “fixes” it until the next call outside of warranty that costs MINIMUM $200 a visit and so on. There is no solution. This company does not care after numerous calls, pouring money into this unit and repairs. PLEASE save yourself and do not buy a home with this unit, do not build with a builder who supports Chas Roberts. I would not wish what we have gone through since the second month owning our home in 2016 and on to ANYONE. It’s miserable.

I am really pleased with the recent service I received from this company. I was having issues with a clogged toilet and a slow-draining bathtub. The team was able to swiftly offer an appointment. The plumber arrived the next day, assessed the situation, and advised us to begin by using them on the tub drain rather than resorting to more extreme measures. They cleared a hair blockage, and I've had no troubles in the last few weeks. I hope I don't need their services again very soon, but if I do, I'll surely call them.

I was extremely satisfied with the service I received. They responded quickly and Luis was very good at communicating the entire time letting me know what he was doing and why. Not sure about pricing since I had nothing to compare it to but it seemed reasonable.
