Sergio and Ivan were our workers. They were on time, personable, and very efficient. They finished ahead of schedule and insured we understood everything before leaving. They were also very respectful of the pets which was a nice touch. I’m so tired of workers coming in and leaving doors/gates open, allowing my pets to wander off.

The service provided by technician Joe Kleinman today was exemplary. He was called to check for a carbon monoxide leak in our heating and air-conditioning system. Our smoke and carbon monoxide alarms were going off when we turned our heat on in the home. He thoroughly checked the system and confirmed that there was no carbon monoxide leak. He communicated with us so well and was very thorough in dealing with the situation. Everyone in the office was so helpful in setting up the appointments. This includes Cassie, Steffi, Michelle, Drew and several others whose names I can’t remember. Everyone is so polite and patient and helpful. I highly recommend The Day and NightHeating and air conditioning repair company and I look forward to using them in the future.I just realized that I forgot to write a review about the other technician who came to our house on the initial visit. His name is Ivan. Ivan was just as outstanding as Joe Kleinman. Ivan did the initial assessment of the carbon monoxide problem and then bumped it up to Joe who had more sensitive equipment. So Ivan took care of the first step in the evaluation and then Joe took care of the second. Ivan was equally as professional, highly qualified, extremely thorough and a great communicator. Both technicians were a pleasure to deal with! 5 stars all around!

Shopping for an A.C. unit, they were friendly and knowledgeable

I have mixed feelings about the service. The technician, Dwayne, was extremely professional. He was able to unclog the main line through the roof vent. He was here for two hours.The mixed feeling comes from the cost of the service. I recently bought the property and I am a first-time home owner. The toilet started overflowing at 4 am in the morning. The unit has a shared main line and the clog originated from another unit. We were able to bucket the water into the shower until the 8am appointment. We weren't sure what to do nor what the cost would be. It cost $917. After researching online, the average cost for cleaning the main line is between $350 and $600.He said the cost reflected the need to use two snakes, but the pictures provided only show one snake being used.We planned on using Parker and Sons for an AC replacement as the house's AC needs to be replaced. The customer service has been great, but something doesn't feel right about the cost for the main line cleaning.

AC broke overnight and Preferred Air came out on a Sunday morning and had it back up and running within an hour.
Daniel was extremely polite and always made me aware of cost before doing any repairs. Prices were super competitive and Daniel was extremely honest. Will definitely use again especially when I need to replace the whole unit. Also appreciated that Preferred Air was all electronic and no paper garbage. Thank you!

Ryan was very knowledgeable and courteous when he came to assess our cooling problems. Very quick service with an install 2 days after we decided on the unit. We had several other companies come out to get estimates but found that Ryan stood out from the rest. The installers were also courteous and cleaned up afterward. The install price reflected the unit that we purchased and I believe it was a very fair. (carrier brand). I wouldn't hesitate in recommending comfort experts.

I've used Howard Air for periodic service (twice a year) for several years now. My service tech today was Quinten and he was extremely helpful in explaining the results of his competent service work. I will gladly renew my annual service agreement, since I think it more than pays for itself. I am very happy to be their customer.

Needed service in a pinch, with the AC not working and kids in the house. Daniel came out and took care of everything. The whole family was happy and relieved. At an affordable price as well! Will definitely be calling back!

Wow am I impressed! Today I had the pleasure of experiencing a true professional installation of my new Ameristar Heat Pump and Reehm Hot Water Heater by a team from AirZona HVAC. The two Gentlemen Gerald and Scott arrived on time and looking professional. We reviewed the project and they answered the few questions I had confidently and professional. Gerald and Scott then went about removing my 20+ year old Mobile home system and replacing it. The work went very smoothly and everything was cleaner then when they arrived!
I am now relaxing in my cool living room and marveling at how quiet the new unit is. I couldn't be happier. Thanks to the professional team at AirZona!

B3 was sent out as the first contractor on an AC home warranty claim. They thoroughly assessed the issue and notified us that we most likely had a Freon leak, but would need to come back the next day to do some tests. Tim came out the second day and gave it to me straight. We had a leak in the coil and the costs of repair would be substantial considering the age and type of unit we had. The home warranty tried to delay everything and made our experience a nightmare, but Tim was in constant contact with me the entire time. After deciding to take a payout from the home warranty to buy a new unit, B3 was the easy choice. We were able to get a great deal on a new 16 seer 3.5 ton Train unit and the install took just over 4 hours. So far everything has worked perfectly and the home cools exponentially faster compared to the old unit. Couldn’t be happier with our decision. Tim is the guy you want to speak to and will make you confident in your buying choice.

AccuTemp saved our butts yesterday! We woke up to our house suddenly getting warmer and warmer. The short version is that the original installation company was unable to keep their appointment and through a referral from a family member we called Accutemp. It can be expensive and sometimes impossible to get hvac repairs done on a Sunday, but this wasn't unreasonable at all. Thank goodness it was an easy fix!!! I'm extremely satisfied with the service and the tech was very nice too!

Called them on a holiday Friday weekend, they were out within the day, Tyler was very helpful and communicative. Job completed at a reasonable price, would highly recommend. Garret the GM is great too btw, recommended by a friend they were awesome.
