We had a leak in a Powder Room, and multiple plumbers thought it might be coming from the Master shower. Other companies were prepared to tear down the entire built-in Master shower, but ASAP took a more conservative approach and found that leak was coming actually from a toilet in another bathroom! (imagine if we had torn out the shower and it wasn’t even the source of the leak?!)

ASAP’s plumber got it right in their process-oriented careful testing. ASAP also took proper care with setting up a containment barrier for removing drywall, carpet, and baseboards, and bringing dryer fans. They met with the insurance adjuster multiple times and worked hard on our behalf to maximize our State Farm coverage. When one of the contractors made a mistake and removed tile he wasn’t supposed to, Tony the Operations Manager absorbed the cost and made it right.

While we experienced a few hiccups, Tony always took our call promptly and never dodged the difficult questions. He was patient, he was thorough, and he knows the business well. He never made excuses or tried to backtrack up on his commitments, even given extenuating circumstances that others would have tried to weasel out of. Tony and his people didn’t. They are stand-up guys. That is what makes us a 5 star review.

PuroClean did a great job cleaning up our property from a plumbing leak. It took a while to pinpoint the source of the leak but the whole time the place was kept clean and dry.

Alan, our technician, came to our home to check out what we needed.He was personable and knowledgeable. He gave us a price and said the rugs would be returned in a week and at that time he would clean the living room rug which was too large to move.He returned a week later.with an assistant. Robert did a great job of stretching the carpet in 1 room. He was on time (early), provided great communication, knows his business; explained process and why it had a ripple. He was efficient, fast and cleaned up. Carpet looks great! He and his team were a total joy, easy to work with and prompt communication from initial inquiry to job completion.

This guy was hired by allstate to check on moisture issues found on a bedroom carpet in my home after a heavy rain..He came in and suggested the claim from allstate to be dropped and advised he could do the work of drying out the area, replace the padding under the carpet and that he would check for the issue causing the leak..
A fan was placed in the area and left overnight..The area was checked the following day and the padding was never replaced and the cause of the damage was never looked into..The charge for using a fan? $300..When he was questioned via email about the work and the charge the entire story of what was going to be done had changed and a breakdown of costs was created in an attempt to justify the $300 charge.
A deceptive and dishonest business that overcharged and didn't do as promised..I would steer clear of this shady businessman..
Allstate was given the information and hopefully, do not use this business for any of their claims issues..

This is the first time I have used Momentum to clean my furniture. I am very happy with the results. They are always very friendly and professional. They kept me updated on their arrival time which I appreciate. The furniture looks terrific and so clean. I've also had Momentum clean my area rugs and they do a great job. Hire this company for your home cleaning needs. You'll be glad you did!

I called three weeks ago after a storm and burst pipes. It took me three weeks just to get on the schedule. Called on the day the appointment was supposed to take place and turns out they told me the wrong date and scheduled it for a day I won't be home (due to family emergency) and now they want to reschedule for who knows when.

I'm sure everything is dry now that they have waited so long, and probably really moldy too. If you are looking for prompt, professional, or organized service, this isn't it. I told them I have to contact my insurance company to see if we can do something else because working with this company had been a complete fail.
