Miguel and Antonio did an incredible job installing the new unit/digital thermostat. They worked over 8 plus hours in the dark last to ensure the unit running to warn my infant and child. I appreciate the hard work, long hours, and patience.

We had our A/C system installation completed today by AZ Perfect Comfort through Fred Russo and his team.

The team that came to do the install wore masks and put down coverings on the floors stairs and other areas they would be accessing in the house.

The installation was done as expected and they were very professional and vacuumed after they were done.

They took their time to test and ensure that the system was running and explain the setup and usage of the digital and WiFi enabled thermostat.

We are very happy with how everything was handled by Fred Russo and his team from start to finish and plan to highly recommend AZ Perfect Comfort to anyone who is considering the installation of a new A/C system.

I’ve been using Daniel and the guys at preferred air for 4 years now on multiple jobs from residential to commercial building and I have to say they are still the best. Louis at APEX was the best. He came in to evaluate our needs for a remodel and gave us certain options based upon our budget. He met all of our deadlines and exceeded all of our expectations. Outstanding service! you cannot go wrong with Comfort Experts! Yesterday it hit 116 degrees in Phoenix and our air conditioner stopped working suddenly. Early on Saturday morning my wife called Comfort Experts to diagnose the issues. Ryan, the owner, responded literally within two minutes and mentioned that he could be at our house shortly thereafter, which occurred as he said. Ryan and an employee took only about 5 minutes in our house to identify that wiring cables in our attic had caught fire, which could have been extremely dangerous. Ryan had all equipment on hand to replace the cables and a battery contained with the main unit.

All-in-all, truly remarkable work and a definite 5 star rating. It was a Saturday, Ryan responded immediately, and, fixed a potentially dangerous issue within minutes. Normally you might have to wait hours just for a technician to show up. Luckily, we have befriended Comfort Experts and will use them forever.

First, my air conditioning went out on a Sat night around 9 pm. I called Patrick Riley and the call was answered immediately! The technician was alert, concerned, took my information and called me when a service technician was on the way. Second, Lex climbed on my roof in the dark, and identified the problem. I was given the best/worst scenarios and shown a video recording of the problem, and an estimated cost. Unfortunately, the part that was needed was not a stock part and not available until Mon. Third, Lex was very concerned about leaving me without air conditioning and made sure I had made arrangements to stay with a friend until the repair. Overall, I can't say enough good things about Patrick Riley and technician Lex

Howard Air is a great company. I had them install two new AC units when we moved in five years ago. I haven’t had any issues until our upstairs unit wasn’t cooling as well. They came out to service the unit and it was low on refrigerant. The service guys were very nice and added some refrigerant and the unit was cooling properly again.

Contacted Daniel for some routine maintenance. Quick to respond, quick to schedule. Contacted me when he was on the way. Told me everything looked great when in the past other companies have tried to tell me I needed thousands of dollars of work. Honest and professional, what more could you ask for?!? Don’t hesitate to use them!
