Originally, the company's technician misdiagnosed the issue (now fixed by Penguin Air), and the electrician they sent out tried to bamboozle my wife into unnecessary repairs (he has been fired by Penguin Air).The company reached out to me of their own accord in response to my review. Penguin Air then did everything they could to remedy each and every one of my complaints. In fact, the company did far more than I expected them to. Everyone makes mistakes, but not everyone remedies their mistakes like this company has for me.The company's followup work was impeccable, and I feel comfortable recommending them to anyone who needs HVAC repairs.

The technician installed our new nest thermostat. Very thorough and just did a great job. Don't hesitate to give them a call!!

Good people, good service!

The process from the beginning job estimation through installation was comfortable. No high pressure or constant callbacks. Andy was thorough with the entire process and didn’t try to upsell me. Installation was done in less than 8 hours. Andy followed up with an inspection and air balance. Very satisfied with the process and price.

Their work is excellent. Me and my husband were very satisfied with the work done . We travel a lot and don’t have time to wait around for companies to fool around with prices , nor they themselves setting the dates on when they can come take a look at my AC so we're more than happy these people were fast and efficient when they came down on our own time to set up our new AC unit. So far so good.

The plenum fans this company manufactures are superb in several respects. All the bathrooms in my house have a Baikal Mechanical exhaust fan now. I no longer worry about air circulation issues, poor air quality, mold growth, etc. because of these fans. What a great buy!

Arcadia is by FAR the BEST hvac company in all of Arizona! Our hvac system has been continuously needing repaired and Arcadia was the only one who has fixed it and it’s been running perfect ever since! No issues!!!! Jimmy is kind and professional and we’ll be calling him for all of our future hvac needs!

All around excellent experience! I requested a quote for 2 new ac units and Ryan M reached out very quickly. He came out the next day and was very thorough and explained everything to me. He gave me a very fair quote. We did get quotes from about 7 places and at the end of the day the work that Comfort Experts was right for us. We did research and read reviews and it was the right fit for us! We called Ryan the day before thanksgiving and he got us on the schedule for the following week. They are installing today and will be done but so far they are excellent. Very hard working, very respectful, and overall we are very very happy! Definitely recommend. We will be using them for all AC needs from now on.

Worst experience! Not only did they charge $1,500 for a basic water heater install, but they gave our private access codes and keys to our tenants. The technician did not even return the keys to the lockbox when he was finished and he left the secured closet open for the tenants to access! They had no right to share codes and keys that were entrusted to their care and they took no responsibility for their actions. I do NOT recommend this company for their lack of professionalism. Beware!

Fast and competent service

I just got a brand new AC unit for my home and could not be happier. Patrick Riley and his crew gave me the most professional, informative, and enthusiastic service I've ever received. Never have I felt more important as a customer, nor more informed. They were referred to me by SRP and I can totally see why. This was a GREAT experience. And I'm beyond happy with my new unit and repairs made to my second unit. AMAZING!

They were amazing they went above and beyond to help out my family when so many people said no . They are so very nice and stick to there word . I will recommend them to any one. Five stars is not enough they deserve a number that isnt even thought of yet. Again thank u from the bottom of our hearts.
