Patrick Riley was so easy to work with. I really liked the fact that they sent me a text about the technician, Freddy, before he arrived so I could let my tenants know who to expect. Also, I really liked how I didn't have to physically be present during the service call; yet, I still felt that Freddy did the job like I was watching over his shoulder. Freddy went above and beyond to make sure that I was a happy customer, and that I felt comfortable with the service performed. He even sent before and after pictures of the repair, so I knew he did exactly what he said was going to be done. Awesome customer service, I highly recommend for your A/C repairs! Called on Saturday, sent Josh out on Sunday. Josh was very professional, was able to diagnose the ac problem, get it repaired quickly. Very thankful for Penguin air's fast response and sending a very qualified technician, he represented the company very well. Will definitely call again if the need arises.

THE PLUMBER IS AMAZING. He phoned me before my allocated time slot to let me know he was available, and he arrived promptly. And he worked tirelessly for almost an hour to unclog my clogged drain. Unfortunately, the task was more complicated, so he graciously departed from the field at no cost to me. (Unfortunately, I had to assign the work to my landlord at the time, despite my willingness to pay within reason.)

My downstairs bathroom sink required a completely new piping. When something valuable dropped down the drain, my boyfriend disassembled it but was unable to reassemble it. The entire structure was deteriorating and ancient. I dialled his number ( the very 1st plumber I found and read reviews about). I had a 9-11am appointment, but they arrived BEFORE the allotted time, which was fantastic. The components arrived quickly and were installed the same day! Very courteous, and considerate of my house. Wearing masks and protective footwear! The pricing was also reasonable. I would highly suggest them and would absolutely use them again if I need another plumbing work.
