Mark & Ben were great, they were here on time every day and are two of the hardest working men I've ever seen. They replaced all of our house drains and sewer line in a timely and professional manner. Also they did a good job at cleaning up after the job was finished.I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Had a sump pump fail in a difficult location to work on. Chas showed up on time and we discussed solutions. Beside replacing the pump, Chas had to engineer additional solutions to minimize the organic material that would continue to clog the drain. He worked under hot conditions and did a great job. Definitely a professional job. All the the people I had contact with at Hays were professional, courteous, and caring. Would highly recommend.

We got same day service to repair our air conditioner. The repair person was excellent. he was very professional and knowledgeable. we were so impressed with the overall experience that we signed a maintenance contract. The installation of the water softener and RO system was completed in under 3 hours, which was impressive. The technician worked efficiently to ensure that everything was installed correctly and that we understood how to use the systems. He was patient and thorough in his explanations, which made us feel confident that we could maintain the systems properly.
