Gave me a very low quote to replace roof mounted ac with a Trane. They came when promised and installed the new unit very quickly. There was a problem with the new thermostat (fan ran all the time). I called and they came out the next day to replace it. Young, very personable crew.

I wish I could leave negative stars!!!! I have NEVER in my life experienced such unprofessionalism and complete disregard for someone. My AC went out yesterday, I called and requested service. I was initially advised that I would be serviced between 1-3 pm, that turned into after 4. After 4 as you can guess turned into never. We called and called and called and kept receiving an answering service that subcontracts them. Kept getting the same information “We will send the information to dispatch”. It is now 8pm, your office is clearly closed. My house is a few degrees short of 100 degrees and your office is now closed without so much as a message informing us that someone couldn’t make it tonight. No NOTHING. This is extremely disappointing and the fact that the owner of this company was sent our information directly multiple times before closing and didn’t even bother to reach out makes it worse. My children have to sleep in 100 degree whether because you couldn’t do something so simple and communicate!!!!!

We used CCL Air Conditioning & Heating to service a clogged condensation drain line. Drew & Eddie were courteous and on time. They explained and showed me what the issue was and what steps they took to fix it. I really appreciate great customer service & prompt knowledgeable service, and this company exemplifies just that.

We called Eric for a quote on my grandmother's house for AC. He was very knowledgeable on what products were available and the warranties that came along with them. We had him come out for a quote. He was reasonable and within range in prices. He uses the best name brand products that will last and run for a long time to come. Thank you Eric for doing the best job and being trustworthy. Another great experience with Larson and technician Sam. They are great with communication and real experts. One of my heaters was out, and when they had a cancellation they were able to accommodate me and arrive a day early. Fairly priced, excellent value!

My AC unit had stopped working around 10 PM on a hot evening. I started to panic being that I am a transplant and not used to the Arizona heat. I used Air Conditioning of Arizona’s contact form to leave an email message about my predicament. By 7:30 the next morning, I got a phone call and by 8:30, Jake the technician was out to save the day! I was so incredibly impressed with the responsiveness and dedication to excellent customer service that ACA provided, from the scheduler to the technician. I am on their maintenance plan and look forward to working with them in the future. I highly recommend air conditioning of Arizona!
