I called on Tuesday with serious concerns about the behavior of my 21 year old softener system. I spoke with one of the owners Tom, who was really informative and courteous. He convinced me that putting any repairs on a softeners this age was probably not advisable. He scheduled for me to have a replacement system installed the very next day and I felt that the price was very fair. Gerardo arrived as scheduled the next day and did an amazing job. He was very neat and clean in his work and really got me up and running quickly. I would highly recommend American Home to anyone looking for water treatment.

Service was fantastic! Called at 8 am and RJ was at my house by 10am. Quickly determined it was a dirty pan and deep clog. Fixed it quickly, educated me on how to maintain moving forward. Fast, knowledgeable, clean. Cost was very reasonable. Will use this company for any future service needs.

Also because we are a commercial building we needed to set up an account. They were prompt, quick and set this up in the same day. The technician William was prompt, friendly, very knowledgeable. He did check to ensure the unit was working properly before explaining to me what the issue was when our other tech inspected it. Very reliable, helpful and a great team of people to work with.

These guys are great. I had a few other ac companies look at my unit & they had told me the unit needed replacing. I called mountain air & they came over & figured out the problem in 10 mins and replaced a starter kit & a capacitor. A few hours later my ac unit was working again. The customer service skills are through the roof and I wish that more people were as friendly and caring as she is when it comes to your AC maintenance. Mindy and her family have been taking care of her AC unit for over 15 years. Our system is 20 years old and is still running in great condition. Craig with ProSkill is the most professional and friendly technician I have dealt with in a decade. He replaced a water heater that a large competitor said could not be done without my first removing built in storage cabinets. The job was done in less than 2 hours. He then replaced a water softener, that took another 2 hours. Everything is neat and clean and I appreciate not being pressured to buy a maintenance agreement like so many other companies do.
