We have used Desert Diamond Mechanical before. But never in our 35-year marriage and our 5 years in residence here in Surprise, Arizona have we ever had the top-notch service that Hayden provided us with. He cared enough about us to come back after his long day with the part he needed to fix our furnace. We are seniors and he just flat out cared about us. Heads up to his boss, Cody. Hayden is a keeper.

I highly recommend Alien Air Conditioning! When my A/C was out, they came the same day and fixed the problem! Completely COVID friendly...we were able to communicate by phone and text to resolve the problem in a short period of time. There are a TON of AC repair companies....Alien Air came to me due to my property manager...and they made a GREAT choice selecting Alien Air :)!!!

I am impressed on how caring this company is in regards to their clients. I had called several companies before reaching out to George Brazil and not a single one offered me troubleshooting to try and get me to restore the AC in my home. They asked to call back in an hour if the problem persisted and I did. They had a tech in my home withing 24hrs. They were very honest and showed me what the problem was. Matt was great! Came over within 6 hrs of the call, when Night & Day told me they could schedule me for tomorrow, after 12:00. Meaning, my home would be 90° & higher, for a day & a half! Matt showed me my options, I decided on what was most beneficial for my home & my wallet. He had my A/C up & pumping within 45 minutes. He gave great attitude & great service. Aguilar A/C & Heating were great. Family business father and son showed up quick first thing in the morning day after I contacted them. Fixed all the problems I had going on blower fan issue and water draining issue. Really honest down to earth company saved me lots of money before my problems got worse. I did contact them because they had the same last name as me. Turned out to be probably the best decision I made. I highly recommend This company. Your for sure to get the best service possible.

The service was great. When I called I spoke to Mindy and she was very pleasant and explained everything concerning my warranty and the service they provide. I was very impressed with Mindy and how informative she was. She was able to get somebody out the same day and found that they needed to replace my blower motor and do maintenance. The technician was very friendly and kept me up to date with status and issues along with pictures. Overall I was very satisfied from start to finish.

I have used Proskill for 3 or 4 different plumbing jobs in the last several years and every time they have been great. This time was replacing my water softner with a whole-house filtration system. The plumbers who did the job were very professional, arrived on time and did a very clean install. I had spoken with one of them earlier about also replacing my water heater, but haven't gotten the estimate for that yet.

From the first appointment with this company to yesterday when they installed our new AC and air vent, our experience has been nothing less than top notch. Prompt, courteous service!

The gentleman that came out was not only professional but extremely knowledgeable as well. However they stopped responding after a couple of days. They knew our home had no AC. They refused our calls for 3 months then told us they had no business with us. 2 months later they have now started calling us THREATENING US, and cussing out my 11 year old for answering the phone!! They are demanding money from us for no services rendered and have sent me emails stating that they will be sending someone out to collect the money. I have reached out to their management to speak with someone but they are refusing to return calls now like the cowards they are.

Dave and his team are a homeowners dream. After being quoted an astronomical price to replace a compressor on a TRANE unit that was warrantied(only the part) MD's was plenty fair on price and offered excellent service front to back. You'll be glad you hired this company.

I'll say that I was grateful that they squeezed me in the next day after I called. However, they recommended that BOTH of my AC units be replaced. My regular AC guy was not available until today, so I had him come out for a 2nd opinion. He said there was nothing wrong with the units. Problem started when condensation line was leaking in garage. Then, coils froze. We ran the fan for a while, replaced the filter (which was probably the cause of all of this) and then everything was fine. AZ Refrigeration charged me $211.88 to cover trip charge, taking some sheet metal off to look at the coils, and reattaching the plastic pipe to the outlet drain. What did 'my guy' charge? Nothing!
