Anthony came to repair a running toilet, which was cracked and not set correctly. He was amazing! Professional, polite he explained everything and even installed a low pressure valve outside which I didn’t fully appreciate until this morning. My bath water didn’t get cold half way through. ? I’m so pleased with the service I received. Jessica made it super easy to schedule! Prompt, reasonably priced and just good people.

I had an exterior water heater expire, and Hays sent Patrick to check it out. Patrick explained all the issues (some were code) and I had him return the next morning to install a new water heater and correct all issues. He did an outstanding job and deserves the highest rating I can give.

A man named Val came out and got our faulty A/C up and running within 10mins of arriving. We were worried we would have to sweat through the night before our problem would be fixed but this guy fixed it and had our house cooling back down in no time. We were surprised someone would come out so late too, we knew it was a stretch to get someone out soo quickly and late at night on a weekend but these guys pulled through. True customer service. I have used this family-owned business for 15+ years. I call them for yearly service and I have purchased a new unit from them. During the annual spring inspection, the technician took pictures and explained what should be repaired to avoid an A/C breakdown in the summer. He was really good at answering our questions and giving us estimates. We also asked whether it was time to consider getting a new unit. After giving us pros and cons, he responded, “it’s up to you.” There was no pressure to spend our money. We opted to go with the repairs which were completed in a timely manner and our A/C is expected to run efficiently another 5 years.

Stuart Myers asked questions regarding my systems after introducing himself. He was as punctual. Such as their locations if I had any problems with them etc... He explained what he was going to do before getting started.He did a thorough job of inspecting the units, and informing me of any issues found. He was friendly and respectful of the property.

I called yesterday and was able to schedule a free service call. Next morning Vinny called and let us know Jeremy was on the way and offered to send a picture of Jeremy and his bio. Super reassuring and really appreciated that. Jeremy showed up and was super polite, took a video of what he saw and shared it with us. Had him compete the repair and signed up for a maintenance plan. Extremely happy with George Brazil so far!

Monday around 7pm I got a call from a manager of my dad’s house. A/C is not working. Summer, Arizona 112F nothing to add. Disaster. I called Adam’s Refrigeration and left voicemail explaining the situation. Next day 7 am I got the call and set up the appointment. We were extremely lucky. They had the technician on his way at 9:30am and around 11am problem was taking care of. Tenets were extremely happy. Issue was fixed in super short time. This is why we will stay with Adam’s Refeigeration. We didn’t get overcharged whatsoever when you take in consideration price R-22. Great customer service. They definitely take care of their customers and that is why we will use them again

I called KJ's Cooling and Heating this morning, they were very friendly when I called AND they had a technician to my home the same day. Brent explained to me what had happened with my a/c unit and was able to fix it the same day. I am finally with A/C again!!! The service was great, the price was reasonable. I would highly recommend them!

This company is worth a try. Great prices and service for Phoenix area. I have used a few other companies for maintenance and repairs but will now only use Arizona Pro Service. Thank you for your help and finally my system works like it should and for some time now.
