The service tech came out to service my heating units was efficient, professional, and his name was Ideal. Prior services the people did very good jobs, am happy with Hayes.

Tonight was a HOT mess. But none of that matters now because we had the most incredible service and a cooling house again.

It’s Sunday 10:00 at night and our hvac system isn’t cooling. We got on the phone with desert diamond air and a tech gave us a call at 10:10pm says he’ll be there in 20mins. 10:30pm he gives me a call to let us know he arrived. Fixes the problem and is out the door at 10:55pm. I’ve not ever experienced professional, fast, easy and reliable service with any other air company in Arizona like we did tonight from DDA.

Our Professional Technician’s name was Cody. He was equipped, well trained, professional with amazing customer service. We could not thank him enough for the great work he did, the amazing customer service in such a incredible timely manner. He was focused and did such a awesome job!

Scottsdale Air replaced our entire heating/cooling system last month. the crew was there exactly on time, did the installation without any drama, and cleaned the work areas before leaving. A couple of minor issues (always some with such an extensive job) were addressed promptly and effectively.

He was able to explain all that he did and even give us some advice about replacing a piece on the unit in the attic to flow better. good prices, great service and was genuinely happy to help with all we needed. we will have him again if we ever need updates, checks or service.

5 star air just installed a complete new AC unit with google nest thermostat. They were so helpful and did such an amazing job. A company that boasts about being Non-Comission but has an incentive program that pushes technicians to sell units. If your unit is more than 10yrs old OR does not have a warranty I guarantee you that Adams Refrigeration will send their #1 seller, Marcus Pippin, to your door. Him and other techs will try to sell you a new unit even if the unit is repairable in order to get their bonus. Let's talk about the installs themselves... For the most part the installs turn out pretty decent as long as their Lead Installer is not working that day. Sloppy work, dirty finger prints everywhere, takes a few dozen cigarette breaks during the install, never wires up second stage on a 2 stage unit (decreasing overall performance and efficiency of the unit), not installing gas lines or flue pipes correctly (NOT TO CODE), Falsifying APS/SRP rebate forms, and has NO IDEA how the units he's installing actually work. It's astonishing how this company is still in business with work ethics such as these. BUYERS BEWARE!

5 Star rating for sure !!! After returning home from vacation, our A/C heat pump was not working. I contacted a HVAC repair company that was referred by the installer. The Unit was only 6 years old, still under warranty and the compresser had failed. Initially we were told the parts needed would be available in 5-7 days and then installed. After almost 4 weeks of waiting and being told the parts were now on back order I reach out to a number of companies for quotes on replacing the Heat pump. All were happy to replace at a cost to us of $5000-$9000. Mindy The A/C Lady was the only one to inquire as to why the repair was not completed. She said it seemed unusual that those parts were not available and as a authorized dealer, asked if I minded if she looked into the matter. After a couple hours she contacted me with news of the parts being packaged, labeled, and with expedited shipping to arrive in 4 days. Needless to say we were happy to hear this news. Both NATE Certified Master techs Anthony and David were very pleasant, professional and prompt on completing the repair. A/C Refrigeration has been very honest and reasonable and saved us thousands of dollars and we couldn't be more pleased. Customer service like this is hard to find, and we have become loyal customers.
