My AC stopped working last summer & being the home owner only a year, I desperately called the number written in pencil on the unit hoping it was an AC company. They had my house on file & fixed my AC the next day. They were hassle free, reasonably priced & very courteous. I will continue to use & recommend this company.

I’d called another company and while they came out expeditiously over the weekend they never got back to us with a quote plus according to the tech they weren’t going to be able to come back out for a few days! (Compressor went out on our older model a/c unit and we needed a quote on a new unit) My husband placed a called to Sun Devil yesterday, they quoted a more than fair price and are out today. Just in time for these triple digit days ahead. Thank you so, so much Sun Devil!

We had Scottsdale Air out to fix an issue with our HVAC unit. The tech, John Areikat, did a fantastic job! He was knowledgeable and friendly. We got home from a trip and found that the upstairs bedrooms were hotter than h. We called AZ Perfect comfort and they came out first thing in the morning. Fixed the AC and we are cool again. These guys are simply awesome! Prompt, professional and thorough. I highly recommend them.

The tech sat in his truck for 4 hours then came in ...looked around the house...used the bathroom for 30 minutes...then left. I think he was casing the house. Weird and unprofessional

At my primary residence Joel Huerta was doing a routine service on my HVAC and he noticed that some of the accessories that I had paid for to install were not properly installed correctly. He apologized and on behalf of Parker and Sons for Parker and Sos not upholding their standards and guaranteed that he and Parker and Sons will correct the issue at no cost. I was so happy and pleased by his honesty and professionalism and how he represented Parker and Sons. Joel’s visit has validated that I am doing business with the right company and will continue to be a life long customer.

Our family has relied on this company for 15+ years. Multiple homes, new A/C units, tune ups .. you name it. Dave and his team are top notch and the MOST trustworthy in the valley. I can say this emphatically because we not only have children, but 8-10 indoor animals at anytime. As easy as it is for us to leave and “stay somewhere” while the A/C is out, we can’t do that with our herd/crew/indoor farm. Dave and his company are my heroes on so many levels!

You'd be well served in hiring this firm to handle your hvac needs! Ulisses is very thorough, competent, patient, and above all honest. I found this firm via Facebook, and am in the process of collecting bids to changeout a 4 ton split heatpump. My installation presents couple of unique challenges, and Ulisses has been very wise in layout and addressing options. I've seen his work and it is excellent! Very refreshing to see in a world served by mostly corner cutting, overpriced hacks. His changeouts re-use what's practical, but replace everthing that is otherwise tired. His pricing is among the best you'll find too! Also look at his bid sheet! He delivers much more for your $ in his changeouts than most. You'd pay well over double for comparable services performed by the big bow tie corporate van guys!

I truly felt the advice I was given as a homeowner was authentic and reliable due to their industry knowledge of heating and cooling systems. I will definitely be using their services for any future needs. I highly recommend their services to anyone.

The tech “Nathan” says he’ll be out to my place same day, quotes the service, says he’ll be here by around 10-11am.

I call at 12 and he forwards me to voicemail, I get a text “call you in 15.” No call. He texts me at 12:30 that he can’t come. I ask “are you going to reschedule?” No response.

I call, he Forwards me to voicemail. Go down to my front desk, call from there, get an answer. “Sorry best I can do is Monday, if you can find somebody else quicker, go ahead”
