They were on time, clean, polite and true professionals. They also finished one full day sooner than expected, they worked non-stop for the two days that they were at our home. From the initial quote to the installation, Imperial Windows did an excellent job with our home. We had 12 windows and a patio door completed. Ken was great with sales and showed technical knowledge of the windows. He was honest and provided immediate response to my questions prior to contract.
