Our tech, Skylar, was very professional and polite. He was communicative and prompt before arrival and during the appointment. I appreciated his transparency but also his integrity. He made it clear that he would do what he could to help us (selling home, AC needed repair/maintenance to meet buyer/warranty co. standard) but he also proactively said he would not lie or mislead on the report. At least with me, I had no intention of asking him to do that, but was still happy to hear that he wouldn’t compromise his integrity for more business or any reason. We’re moving so won’t be around to use them again but would highly recommend them to anyone in AZ! They obviously proved they work above board and can be trusted. Great experience!

Our AC went out on a Wednesday. Called my warranty company to send someone out. The service provider they sent on Thursday was unable to diagnose the problem & had them schedule someone else. That company could not be out until the following Monday! The thought of spending an entire weekend with no AC and 117 degree temps was too much to bear. I called my friends at Comfort One and they were able to send someone out the next day. Jon promptly diagnosed the problem, installed the part and we were back in business. Comfort One will be the only AC/Heating company I call from now on. They are prompt, professional, honest and reasonable! We appreciate the great service!!!

We have used Larson for maintenance and install for the past few years. Their service has always been top notch A+. We started using them for our 10+yr home to do diagnostics and clean up which held up but I knew in the back of my mind that it was just time to replace the ac unit.During the replacement/installation process they were very detailed and professional throughout. Most of my experience when buying a new AC unit was fine with this company, until I sold my house. The buyer asked about the extended warranty being transferable. When I called these guys to find out, I discovered that only a portion was transferable, which I was never told. I couldn't find anywhere in my paperwork that described this. So they essentially got free money from me that no one will ever get to use. I didn't have time to fight them, so I let it go, but if you're going to go with this company make sure you ask questions and get everything in writing.
