It took the company 6 days to come to my house to fix the AC unit. They replace some parts and said it was fixed. It wasn't. I called a 2nd time. They came out and said it was fixed. It wasn't I wouldn't use this company again. Very slow and lack knowledge.

My furnace went out and Millennium Commercial Cooling & Refrigeration came out to diagnose the problem with all safety standards in place. My furnace and water heater were both over 10 years old and I knew it was time to replace them.They sent their representative out right away. I got a great price and helped with financing on the spot. The installation process was stress free. They knew what they were doing. Their work was clean and efficient. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

This is a great company. I will forever send them business. You'll get the top technician in terms of knowledge in the valley. Quality installation and get treated right. Don't hesitate to call this one people.

Thanks to Nick I now have cold air again in the middle of summer. My AC unit stopped blowing cold air and Nick was able to diagnose a bad capacitor and fix it. Thanks again for fitting me in the same day!

The guys arrived and spent a lot of time to replace a compressor in our ac. THEY WERE AWESOME!!! We've had them out before to change filters and do little stuff and have always been great. Now the house is SO COOL!!! :)

The installer did not install a thermostat that had a common wire which our unit required and also left some wire not connected or connected inappropriately. The was discovered after we found the heater was not working even after the installer came back out to fix the issue - he was not able to fix the issue and eventually told us to contact a different company refusing to come back out. After calling a new company an appropriate thermostat was installed, wires were connected appropriate and the unit is working as it should.

Still waiting for parts and actual repair. To be continued.

From my first conversation with J I knew I would do business with his company. He was not pushing me he explained the install and I felt very comfortable with moving forward to do my A/C Unit.
J explained what would take place during the install and that’s exactly what happened. The crew was awesome and very polite. I love how fast and how they cleaned up after themselves. I promise you will not be disappointed. Oh and his wife is the admin and did a terrific job too.

Eddie and Drew are AMAZING! Not only did they come to our home on a Sunday evening, but they did so within 30 minutes of calling them about our A/C unit not cooling adequately. They are professional and courteous. The issue was diagnosed and they got us cooling the same evening. My husband is a third generation HVAC professional (not a service technician) and he was impressed with this company. They will be our go to company for any future issues we may have. Preemptive tl;dr AccuTemp won't flood the airwaves with commercials, but there's no substitute for a reliable company that doesn't put the squeeze on your wallet. We've had them out a handful of times over the years, and this company has always been a fair dealer. They deserve your business. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.

Now the deets:

About a month ago over a weekend, our AC went out in a monsoon storm. Facing a sticky, sweaty night, we scheduled with the first company to answer the phone at midnight, which unfortunately wasn't AccuTemp, our usual standby. Turns out, answering the phones overnight is a poor way to judge reliability. That other company was evasive about when precisely they would be coming out (so much for 24/7 emergency service, too) and seemed to struggle with communication between technician and dispatch.

With morning giving way to afternoon, temps inside rising, and no work van in sight, we gave AccuTemp a jingle. Unlike the company that shall remain nameless, AccuTemp managed to give us an actual estimated time of arrival AND THEN beat that time by about an hour! Once here, the technician Brian was very friendly and helpful while explaining everything he was doing to fix the chain of issues plaguing our old unit. He got the AC up and running and didn't break the bank doing so. Here I am a month later with an AC that is chilly as ever!

They did a great job. Would hire again.
