Once again, this company has proven why they have such great rating and have been in business for so long.1. Booking an appointment online is easier than it should be. I made one this morning for later in the same day. Easy.2. Ethan called during the appointment window but I didn't answer. They followed up every half hour until I was available. Some might find this annoying. I think it's awesome that a business would work so hard to reach me when I clearly failed at holding up my end of the bargain (being available during a window I chose).3. When we finally connected, a full 1.5 hours after my window, Ethan said he would arrive in 30 minutes. He did exactly that.4. Ethan was smiling on the phone, despite me not being available when I said I would. He was also smiling when he arrived. I'm talking a genuine, I'm happy to be here to help you, kind of smile.5. Ethan practically fixed the problem just listening to me explain the issue. He really listened to me, by the way. He didn't come in to my house acting like the smartest person on the subject, despite the fact that he obviously is. At several moments he could have made me look and feel stupid. He did not at all. In fact, he turned my failed thermostat install around and made it sound like I helped him.6. At the end of it all, 5 minutes later, Ethan left me without a bill and that same genuine, infectious smile on his face.Service like this barely exists today. A company that hires people like Ethan is one worth returning to again and again. Fair warning to you Parker and Sons, Ethan is designated for great things. I've never used Goliath Mechanical before. Larvell arrived on time. He was personable and professional when it came to dealing with customers. He answered all of my questions and explained what he was going to do in great detail. He kept me updated every step of the way. His job was excellent, and I was pleased with it. I want to use their services again in the not-too-distant future! They are my air conditioning team for life!!

They were great with the service call. Together we figured out the issue my AC was having. Happy to sign a service contract for twice a year check ups but after 2 years no one ever had time to show up. I asked for a refund and was told it would take 6-8 weeks to process. 6 weeks later and still no refund.

I can not thank Air Control enough for their amazing service from start to finish, specifically Ben. I had my AC go out unexpectedly and he was able to provide me with a diagnostic within an hour of calling the office and then he started working on my AC unit right away. He was extremely transparent throughout the entire process and I appreciated how thorough he was when it came to explaining what was wrong and what my options were. Well, came home from vacation to a HOT house!! Howard Air had the earliest appt available, so we took it! First time using them. Excellent service by Walter. He arrived early, and got right to work. Replaced a part & we had the house cooled off by the afternoon... did I mention it was a holiday weekend & 2 other companies were booked for days. I highly recommend them for a/c needs!!
