Daniel came out quickly and changed out the motor in the air handler. He was fast, efficient and very reasonably priced. I'd definitely go with Aguilar A/C & Heating again.

Just based off of talking to the owner over the phone they get 5 stars. No work has been done yet, but this company really cared about reputation and has gone above to help a potential costumer.

I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of service provided by Guadalupe AC Repair. Their team was highly professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. They arrived on time, diagnosed the issue with my HVAC system quickly, and provided a fair estimate. They were able to fix the problem in no time and ensured that everything was working efficiently before leaving. I highly recommend their services.

My air conditioner was replaced by Tom and Steve in May 2020. Their service was amazing and they are very trustworthy guys from start to
Finish. . So it has been working perfectly until a week or so ago when it was 111° Out and the temperature started climbing inside. I called and spoke with Tom and he told me they would be out there the same day to see what the issue was. He told me by 2 PM. Steve shows up at my door at Noon! He said there was a faulty switch of some kind on the unit and he quickly replaced it and it has been working perfectly ever since. Living in Arizona and having your air conditioner go out it’s probably one of the worst things but I am so thankful that I found this company from a referral because they have been nothing but professional and accommodating. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! 10/10!

They responded very quick! I called them on Friday for a quote which was the best I’ve found and had my AC unit installed the next day! Living in AZ and going into triple digits/ this was a lifesaver and very needed.

I have been using Millennium Commercial Cooling & Refrigeration for 2 years now utilizing their maintenance services. Locally owned and operated they are prompt, professional and trustworthy to what needs to be addressed now and what needs to be addressed in the future. Scheduled PM on a split unit, performed on 04/19/2022. Total charge was 119.90 for service. Stated that everything was clean and in good working condition. Advice capacitor may need replacement n the future. Was very thorough on his notes on invoice Problem now is there was a leak so I called my Home Shield, tech stated coils in attic were filthy, causing the leak, now had to pay for coils and refrigerant of 2400.00.. Home Shield does not cover refrigerant. Spoke with Tiffany yesterday at Adams, extremely rude, hung up on me stated there will be no refund. This tech NEVER entered my house. ONLY serviced and inspected outdoor units. Falsified his documentation, and Adams had the nerve to call me a liar stating he did go into my home. FYI, the owner did call and speak with my bother, promised he would speak with the tech and get back with us. NEVER did. So disappointed and extremely irritated for being ignored and called a liar by Adams Refrigeration.

Our AC compressor stopped working on a Saturday on one of the hottest days of the year. They were able to schedule an appointment with me within a couple hours of calling. Gerald was prompt and professional with his assessment and service, and was quickly able to resolve the issue. Glad to have cold air again.

I called Derek at 7pm on the first cold night of the fall when we realized that the heat was not working. Within 20 minutes he arrived and got us up and running in an hr. He was courteous and clearly explained what was going on and how to fix it. I recommend him highly. Very fair prices too!

I have absolutely no idea how this company is still in business. A work order was submitted to have a technician come out to my unit between 2-4 pm. At 4:30 I called because he didn't show up and he had gone to the wrong address. For some reason they didn't consider it important to check what unit they were working on. Then, once they do show up they have no masks or gloves on and enter my apartment. Only to then say that nothing is wrong.

However, when it is 84 degrees and humid in my apartment and my AC is set to 77, it suggests that something is indeed wrong when you consider it is only 85 outside at night and in the early morning. So they send another technician who also says that he can't find anything wrong. He requests pictures of the thermostat showing the difference of temperature, which I provide. They then say it's an insulation issue. That is impossible though because I have lived in this unit through 2 summers already and have had no issues. My neighbors are also experiencing no issues with their temperatures.

Edit to respond to owner: You did not reach out to my management company when you saw the address did not match, I had to call you myself and tell you they didn't show up. Only then did you say someone would be on their way. I never received any phone call signifying a delay due your reps realizing they went to the wrong location. The fact that you would lie about this matter further highlights the issues that your company has.

You also never addressed the fact that you could not resolve my issue. Another company was brought out and the rep actually listened to me and was able to solve the problem! It was a connection issue like I had suggested multiple times which is why nothing looked wrong to your reps. Instead, your first rep chose to remove freon, and the second one said there was nothing that can be done.

Showed up on time, had parts needed to repair the bad fan, and was professional. Highly recommend!

I just had the pleasure of using CCL to fix my AC. Eddie and Andrew arrived on time, diagnosed and repaired my AC very quickly. Not only are these guys knowledgeable, but they're genuinely honest and very easy to work with. I will absolutely be using them again.
