Taps covers all the bases and is professional in all aspects of his work. I opted to go with a Trane 16 seer 5 ton rooftop package unit. The price was competitive. His kind of workmanship and knowledge is becoming a rare commodity these days.

Jason and his guys are awesome!!! They are very reasonably priced and super knowledgeable. It is refreshing to speak to a mechanic in any field who is not getting a commission on upsales. If you want a company that is reliable, clean, professional, and responsible, you need Howard Air. I have used them for multiple installations and have never been disappointed. They absolutely go out of their way to provide a top quality installation. I had a complete new system including replacement of the duct work, Chris & Todd made several trips to the job site to provide me with the best possible installation even in a very difficult situation with the perverbial really bad remodeling General Contractor.

I scheduled an appointment with an electrician to repair some outlets and a hot-water heater timer. The soonest they could get to me was 6 days out Tuesday 12/14. They gave me a time window of 10AM to 6PM. I got a curtesy call around 10:30 Tuesday and was told I was on their schedule. They couldn’t give me an updated timeframe for the electrician arrival. I called them around 1:30 and was told I was still on the schedule. I called again around 4 and was told the same thing. At 5:45 I called and was finally transferred to the scheduler and was told the electrician wouldn’t be able to get to me, they were over booked and they wanted to reschedule me 5 days out. I had a few a few choice words with the scheduler and overall service. I took off work so the electrical work could be done. They left me hanging and could have informed me much earlier in the day. Also they wanted to reschedule me out 5 days when an electrician should have been at my house the next day. Extremely poor customer service. I will not deal with George Brazil in the future.... I would like to give 1/2 Stars...

George Blitch is amazing! Great communication, worked with my schedule to come check out my AC. Fixed it super quick and easy. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone who needs HVAC work. He is the best!

I had an appointment scheduled for this company to fix a minor issue with my air-conditioning and the company said they left myself or my husband’s Apple messages to which they didn’t and when I called to see what was up and if the company was actually coming out they said oh we didn’t respond to our messages so we can’t send a tech out and I had to re-confirm the appointment and go through everything all over again I had done the night before. I had an appointment scheduled for this company to fix a minor issue with my air-conditioning and the company said they left myself and my husband’s Apple messages to which they didn’t and when I called to see what was up and if the company was actually coming out they said “oh we didn’t respond to our messages so we can’t send a tech out”. Go to companies try to call you again prior to coming out for an appointment and not just one and done. I had to re-confirm the appointment and go through everything all over again I had done the night before with my issue. The gentleman I spoke to then proceeded to tell me again this is my fault I didn’t answer my phone even though they had the wrong number and “that the ball was in my court and I could decide if I wanted my AC fixed or not”

I work in Industry where we use a lot of companies for air-conditioning and plumbing and they said the worst customer service I’ve ever received. Dementia and even though this was a minor fix that needed to be addressed I have a baby so I can’t have my house 100+ degrees that’s why I needed this fixed so quickly. Did not expect the treated so poorly to be interrupted and to be treated aggressively when I asked a question on why are you going through this all again I thought I had an appointment scheduled. I’ll be using the family ever again and I will be telling all my industry partners in multi family, real estate as well as my family and friends to not use this company based upon the customer service and lack of follow through from this company.

We were blessed to have Trevor. He was really great with explaining everything with my sometimes hard to deal with engineer husband. He was able to explain all that he did and even give us some advice about replacing a piece on the unit in the attic to flow better. good prices, great service and was genuinely happy to help with all we needed. we will have him again if we ever need updates, checks or service.

I called FN and was greeted by Adam. He was super professional and my experience with him was extremely pleasant. I ended up having to install a new unit and he was upfront about everything and the price was very reasonable.

After the work was complete, he was kind enough to show me everything and all looked to be spot on!

I've used Howard Air for periodic service (twice a year) for several years now. My service tech today was Quinten and he was extremely helpful in explaining the results of his competent service work. I will gladly renew my annual service agreement, since I think it more than pays for itself. I am very happy to be their customer.

The crew from Five Star Air Conditioning was professional and efficient. My AC stopped working and I called them in the noon and they sent crew to check it out two hours after my call. The crew diagnosed and fixed our AC in half an hour. I highly recommend their service, very professional and efficient.

Darrel was patient and fully explained the functions of our system in understandable conversation. He took the time to explain the best way for our system to be set so we don’t run into the issue again.

Our parents A/C was probably going, and with parents in their 80's, we couldn't have that. Called and Claire got us is the same day by noon. Tom was right on time, and was great about waiting for my sister to get there, my parents don't do well with strangers. The unit had frozen up and had many small unrepairable leaks. so gave us a quote for their unit, same day and scheduled an install for 3 days later. We are so grateful Tom and Claire were able to quickly respond in such a friendly and professional manner. We will probably sign up for the maintenance program, as it is quite reasonable.
