There are a few things I look for in a vendor. First and foremost, trustworthiness. Then quality, reliability and reasonable prices. Air Control scores high in all categories and are the only company I'll call to service our units.

Today I have technician Craig Gusse check my Ac unit I was so amaze how professional and quick did the diagnostics I told him I will be calling back when my ac unit need replace he told me an honest answer. I just cant believe some other ac company wants to change my unit but Craig was honest that my unit is working still no need replacement Im so happy I called Preferred air all the reviews I read about this company was real Im extremely satisfied. I myself works for customer service If your honest to your customer they will spread words to the rest about you and your company so It made me feel happy that I do the same when I dealt with customer.I lm definitely keeping this ac company and spread word how good Preferred Air company is to other customer I meet.Keep up the good job Craig thank you so much for being honest.

Matt D did a GREAT job servicing our HVAC system. He recommended having the ducts cleaned, sealed and pressure testing. After showing us the pictures of the system we scheduled this work.

I called Howard Air after my A/C caused a leak in my ceiling. I had to turn off my A/C to contain the flood of water. Although I had never used Howard Air in the past, the receptionist made a special effort to send a technician to my house after hours. The technician who came was extremely helpful. He couldn’t fix the problem but he made sure to have additional technicians return today. They were able to fix my A/C and install a safety shut off valve to prevent another leak. The technicians were efficient, polite, clean and explained what they did. AND, the charges were very reasonable. I am so grateful that they were recommended to me. I’m just sorry I didn’t call them sooner.

Richard from Crispy Air and Heating came to our house and diagnosed the failure to our AC System. He subsequently applied for a 18-month interest free loan from Wells Fargo to finance the AC/Heating System. He went beyond in helping us to apply for the loan and also helped us to decide whether to repair or replace our system. He also arranged for a new complete system to be installed 24-hours later. The following day Jessie and Nino from Crispy Air and Heating arrived early in the morning and made sure to call ahead as promised. Their expertise and experience were very apparent , as well as being very courteous when we asked them questions. They kept us notified as they installed the system about their progress...step by step. We have a large family and friends. Richard, Jessie and Nino are TOP NOTCH PROFESSIONALS.
