So disappointed. I paid around $1000 to get two outlets installed (lol I know, but I was sure that because it was expensive and a well known company I wouldn’t get myself in a bad position in case something went wrong, that there was assurance to fix a potential problem). So the guy came, didn’t take long at all to install the outlets, and when it was done the drywall was caved in and it looks terrible. No offer to fix it or discount me, and my boyfriend was the one who paid him because I was sick in bed which is a problem in itself that he let a man who is obviously not me ‘okay’ it when I’m the one who paid for it. (I was also annoyed with my boyfriend for this but you know how men are- he had the attitude of ‘I can fix it’ and it didn’t happen like that because of the complexity of the damage). So now I have to get someone else out here to fix it, causing me more time and money, when I thought since I was going through a ‘reputable’ business this wouldn’t have happened in the first place, or they would at least be on top of fixing this for me. Who walks away from work they did that they aren’t proud to show? Obviously these people. Everyone else who values their work doesn’t leave the job with something looking bad. Imagine if your contractor, wedding planner, even hairdresser does that. I chose to go with a bigger company than a small one or an independent worker because I figured it would have meant their business standard would be higher.

UPDATE, June 2019. I continue to renew my service contract for my A/C & Heat unit with George Brazil. This time, technician Harlan provided the service. Harlan was knowledgeable and thorough in his inspection & cleaning of my AC unit as well as courteous. Give him 5 stars!!!Nov. 2017. It's been six months or so since I last reviewed Georg Brazil A/C. I continue to be more than satisfied with the service. I believe the technician is what makes a company grow & thrive. Once again, I'd like to give 5-stars to their technician, Rose M., for the providing professional service with a happy smiling face.I bought my house in early 2015. It came with a service contract and warranty on my AC/heat unit with George Brazil. I have no complaints. Their technician, Rose M. is always courteous, professional, knowledgeable, & competent.

Patrick Riley was so easy to work with. I really liked the fact that they sent me a text about the technician, Freddy, before he arrived so I could let my tenants know who to expect. Also, I really liked how I didn't have to physically be present during the service call; yet, I still felt that Freddy did the job like I was watching over his shoulder. Freddy went above and beyond to make sure that I was a happy customer, and that I felt comfortable with the service performed. I received 6 different quotes to have my HVAC replaced and AirZona was by far the cheapest. when they came to the house they were very professional and answered all my questions. The day they came to replace my unit they were on time and Finished early. Will definitely recommend to friends and use them in the future.
